    Hot enough why you don't want to say the number? There is no benefit from this video without details dude

      +zaid khaled I don't say a number because a number is meaningless. Learn your own station. The temperature you actually deliver to the board depends on your nozzle size and shape, your airflow setting, how far you hold the nozzle from the board, and the temperature setting. I regularly use 3 different hot air stations and every one of them needs a different temperature.

    Hi Mark, Where did you get the new connector from? I was replacing a battery on a SM-P600 and I bumped the charge port flex cable latch on the MB and it went flying and I can't find it. Do you know if I could just remove the latch from another connector and install on this broken connector, or would I need to replace the whole connector? Where can you get them? Thanks. Ron

      ron klo I forget where I got this one, somewhere I found on Google. You can replace the latch if you can find one.

    is it easy to replace the LCD ribbon? mine is broke and the bottom half of my screen won't work so can I purchase one of eBay and replace it?

    • @MarkShaffer
      @MarkShaffer  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      kerry Louise it's been a while but if I remember correctly, the LCD ribbon simply clips into sockets on the LCD and board so that should be pretty easy to replace.

    Please reply how many pin FPC connector do you need? 45 pin or 80pin?

    • @lycanlycans7548
      @lycanlycans7548 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Is 80 pin fpc connector ! is the same for Samsung Galaxy tab 4 sm-t530 But you have a 45 pin to on sm- t530 and same on tab 2 don't mistake that ! Both are different parts!

    • @lycanlycans7548
      @lycanlycans7548 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Is 80 pin fpc ! Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy tab 4 10.1 sm-t530 use the same fpc both 80 pin an 45 pin is the same !

    hi mark do you know where pins 26 and 27 on a tab e t560 can be jumped to the pads are completely missing

    • @MarkShaffer
      @MarkShaffer  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I do not. Read the board and if that doesn't tell you anything, use your multimeter to probe around in continuity mode.

    • @danielrock3119
      @danielrock3119 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      there is no traces and the pads are gone. i tried scraping a bit off pin 27 but it went through to ground and its not ment to be a ground pad as the other end that goes to the lcd isnt ground

    Hi Mark,
    Where did you purchase that Digitizer FPC Replacement for "Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1", I need 1 for my "Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1" but unable to find 1 :(

    • @MarkShaffer
      @MarkShaffer  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think it was something like parts4sale.com or some generic name like that. maybe parts4repair.com

    • @dvu0704
      @dvu0704 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Mark Shaffer Thanks Mark, I have checked them last few days, but they don't have it for "Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 T530". I also searched the entire website, no go :(

    • @MarkShaffer
      @MarkShaffer  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Badman Oorah yeah they probably don't have it. you're going to have to either source one from a donor board or count the pins and find a matching connector on some other device then try to find the replacement part for that device.

    • @dvu0704
      @dvu0704 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, I may have to count the pins and find matching connector. It seem to be easier this way :). Thanks Mark

    • @lycanlycans7548
      @lycanlycans7548 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dvu0704 is the same as tab 2 10.1 they are same parts you can use that from tab 2 10.1 ! And go on Ali Express they are many parts !
