TBH, i think best option would be to actually implement points system on licence by using ANPR cameras and there should be hefty fines, for example, speeding fine should be minimum an average week salary which is approx 20k plus 3 points on licence.
While traveling from Islamabad to Lahore via Bus Service there are so many unusual stops first at the M-2 entrance after that Kalar Kahaar slips in and out. When already following convoy at Kalar Kahaar why there is a need for time slips in and out. It almost wastes the aggregate of 45 to 60 minutes which increases the travel time from Islamabad to Lahore.
