Marathon is not guaranteed, so congrats for finishing with all the injuries so close to race day. I also started at corral C 😄. Hope you accomplish your goal in the next one. 💪🏼👏🏼
Because of how large the LA Marathon is, runners with past marathon times can submit their times so they can be assigned to a corral that starts before the general population. For example if you’re really fast and can run a sub 3:15, you get to be in Corral A and get to start ahead of everyone. Coral C is for runners who finished sub 4:10. The biggest benefit of running in a seeded corral is that you don’t have weave through a lot of people at the start. You’re with runners who run about the same pace as you. Good luck with your Turkey Trot! Hope you’ll run LA Marathon next year!
What's helped me run my 40 marathons is "the miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start." Good job and congrats.
Thank you! Love that perspective!
You did amazing considering you had an injury! Congrats 🥳
Thank you for this video! I will be blessed to run next year’s L.A. Marathon and am SOOOO excited !
