me too! I enjoyed Navarro last year but I truly think TVCC stepped it up in 2021 with their choreography and well I think they've always been one up on the stunts... They are lucky though that they didnt mess up on the 2nd day...

Though TVCC did mess up alot on thier first day routine while Navarro didn't. Both day 1 and 2 routines scores combined determine the winners and it was very close between the two half of a percentage point close. You see Navarro only mess up once during there second routine in a small way. Both teams did stellar though I can't help to think there was some bias considering people got tired of seeing Navarro always winning along with the controversies they have had in the past year leading up to the competition. 🤔🤔🤔

As a professional choreographer, this routine is incredibly varied and there is a LOT of difference between this and the 'Cheer' routine. Every year this team finds new ways to push the boat out, these combinations are insane. Incredibly impressive regardless of who won. The physical conditioning needed to complete that routine is impressive in itself.

Now that I watched this & TVCC I see what they mean about Navarro’s dancing. It’s SOOOO much better, higher energy & the dramatic expressions are needed because of how far the viewers are. TVCC dance still needs a lot of energy & life.

Just watched the finale of cheer season 2 and checked both routines out on TH-cam and here’s my thoughts - both mind blowing. Both well deserved of the win however I personally noticed that Navarros synchronicity and timing was more perfected than trinity’s. They were more in sync with each other and the music just ever so slightly more than trinity. The reason why trinity won though in my opinion was because of their tumbling and slightly more riskier routine. Some of their flips had me shook too! I would pay to see the two teams do something together one day. I LOVE CHEER

These athletes work So hard for this grueling sport and it’s good to see another team and their inner workings featured! Congratulations to both teams for your hard work and dedication!
Omg how awful for Gillian! Her hair was completely in her face and she couldn’t see when dismounting. That poor girl, I’m sure she felt terrible and it’s not her fault! Honestly this was a huge toss up, but TVCC absolutely killed it on day 2 and snatched it. Well deserved and such an amazing performance by both teams.
It's gotten to the point where nearly every routine looks the same and every song sounds the same. So much of this routine was identical to the one they did during "Cheer". They're amazing, don't get me wrong! I'd just like to see and hear some variety.
There were actually a TON of differences... watch the routines side by side and you will see that the partner, basket and pyramid sections are all very different, especially the partner stunt sequence. Just because you see a certain stunt or skill repeated from one year to the next the entrance in or exit out of that stunt is different changing the difficulty of the skill. If you think both routines look the same then you don’t know much about cheerleading as a sport. Not saying TVCC’s routine wasn’t awesome just stating I disagree that Navarros routine is the same.

I think they focused in the baskets tosses to much and it left the mat emptycuz it took like five people each basket stunt. Where as trinity valley it took them like 3 for a basket and they did a couple and carried on. Navarro seems that's all they did really... also trinity valley's single standing stunts were flawless and effortless. Navarro needs that true bond like last year. I didnt feel the spirit from them this time.
looking back at this and comparing it to tvcc's performance, i can see why they lost. sadly wasn't very clean this season, but i can't blame them. the pressure must've been insane

@@darrinmcelroy8754 both days count however there is a 25 second cheer/chant that counts for 25 percent of the score aheet that accounts for both days and is the only thung that carries over so say you have a 2 day competition day 1: cheer+stunts+pyramids+tumbling = raw score day 2 : cheer ( only thing that carries over for 25 percent of the score ) - all other elements that must be performed ( gymanstics +tumbling + dance + stunting ) = finals score
Day 2 is what counts the most. So you can hit for zero day 1 but if you don’t hit day 2 it’s really affective to the final score. So to be honest day 2 is what really matters the most.
I wanted Navarro to win. Personally, I dislike Trinity's chant, it just sounded bitter at the beginning when they shout if the judges disagrees then "Fuck them" also when that one cheerleader was saying how her dad said to, "Punch them in the mouth" in the competition like, the energy is just toxic to me. I like how Monica talks to her team about not talking about the others and to say congratulations if they lost etc. They just have better sportsmanship in my opinion. However I feel like Trinity Valley was more on point. Their team seemed equally hungry to want to win, they seemed tougher in conditioning and their athletes were insane especially the rookies. Their tumblers were amazing and the baskets were beautiful. Navarro had a lot of challenges that year and I think it's what drove the team apart. I would have loved to see LaDarius and Lexi perform. This team didn't seem nearly as close as in 2019. I hope they can let the water roll off their shoulders and come back stronger this year. Congratulations to Trinity Valley, it was a well deserved win. Beautiful job on both teams.
This routine is way cleaner than TVCC’s.. both very good & talented teams. But like TVCC’s coach Khris Franklin said in the show… “this tell/ me the judges want you guys to win”
I love Monica and Navarro. But new choreography and music could freshen things up a bit. I’m not in the industry, just a fan. This looks no different from 2 years ago. It’s good but predictable.
Monica is a boss and Navarro's routine was so much better than TVCCs routine. The way the flyer girls were being thrown around was incredible for Navarro. I wasn't "wowed" by TVCCs routine. Get them next year Navarro!!! ❤❤❤
Is this day one? I thought the one tumbler got hurt the first time around and they got to go again then one of the flyers came down the second time? I thought that the stunt group that lost the flyer was the main cause of the loss.
The mistake in the cheer routine happened @ 1:00 on the left. It is a really subtle mistake. You will notice how Gill goes down sooner than the rest of the girls. They only got docked 0.75 points for it bc she didn’t hit the floor. Hitting the floor would’ve been a higher deduction

The nerves get through in the end, whether it would be during performance or before. Yet I’m glad to see trinity win as they have worked hard. And since they have been the underdogs in a way. 👍good job to both teams.
It sounded like ladarius doing mat talk at 1:53 so he didnt make mat. I thought he was going to Navarro's one more year? Hes to talented to not be on mat.
Navarro is a very complete team, their routines are perfect, great choreographies better than TVCC, but compared to 2015,2016,2018,2019 the team didn't come with the real spirit that Navarro brought in other years (I didn't think the poor routine compared to the other years), the team was very affected and entered the second day affected, let the olofortes take the team out of focus, Monica left the focus because she left the team to go to the dance reality show she should have refused this invitation and also the controversies. While Navarro was going down, TVCC was training hard and that's what happened on the 2nd day they went in with everything and won and this abuse that monica did with Laderius if it was here in Brazil she would get a good lawsuit in the back that yes, in the end these coaches don't care about anyone what matters to them is to take the trophy and fill their ego , the head coach of TVCC seems pretty arrogant too
Ya I hate to admit trinity was just a smidge more energy. But navarros pyramid was every thing!!!!! TVCC just not very likeable. they the mean girls/coach of cheer and trying to say they’re an underdog like as if they aren’t up there in top two every year .

They were CHEATED In my opinion. This was BOMBDIGGITY, and Trinity's fall on day 1 was way worse than Navaro's.
Day 1 is only worth 25% of the total score. Day 2 is 75%.
but on the second day it was worth a score higher than 75% and the impact of navarro was great on the final score, on the first day it was only 25%
I thought the same, the drop and one of the tumblers fell.

Trinity won fair and square
Navarro is a very complete team, their routines are perfect, great choreographies better than TVCC, but compared to 2015,2016,2018,2019 the team didn't come with the real spirit that Navarro brought in other years (I didn't think the poor routine compared to the other years), the team was very affected and entered the second day affected, let the olofortes take the team out of focus, Monica left the focus because she left the team to go to the dance reality show she should have refused this invitation and also the controversies.
While Navarro was going down, TVCC was training hard and that's what happened on the 2nd day they went in with everything and won
and this abuse that monica did with Laderius if it was here in Brazil she would get a good lawsuit in the back that yes, in the end these coaches don't care about anyone what matters to them is to take the trophy and fill their ego , the head coach of TVCC seems pretty arrogant too

Ya I hate to admit trinity was just a smidge more energy. But navarros pyramid was every thing!!!!! TVCC just not very likeable. they the mean girls/coach of cheer and trying to say they’re an underdog like as if they aren’t up there in top two every year .
