I love the way bowser gets motivated to try harder when he sees Mario because he wants to show off to his rival😂
And with Bedrock she got easily demoralized by Edge and got hit by Bowser.

I love how Bowser's introduction in this game is him just duking it out with one of the Spark Hunters. The heroes could barely scratch Bedrock with their weapons but according to her Memory, Bedrock respects Bowser as her equal so he was actually doing better than the heroes were.

Before this, Bowser got some insane feats without weapons, but it's mostly his durability. Like surviving a Star and a black hole.

@Alfie Bell Among other things, he could turn the Toads into block (they still look like Toads, so don’t worry about killing them when you destroy blocks). Also some physical and magical resistances to harm. But I think he was always inferior at it than the Kameks, so he went the technological road for himself and his standing army.
@@olivierdubreuil-gagnon2201 Not to mention, he uses his dark magic in Mario Galaxy, such as his teleportation and recreating his own version of Mario’s star spin. And another fact that he most likely used it to utilize the Grand Stars in order to creat his Star/Galaxy Reactors/Generators. He’s a powerful being, but he doesn’t show it.

@@00_BRUHH That’s not counting. Fire Breath is a natural attribute to Bowser himself, it’s not magical.
Boss fight was weirdly hard, but damn I loved the opening cutscene. Bowser coming fist fighting, then busts out a rocket launcher.
The life drainers we the bane of my existence during that fight.... (mostly because everything dealt alot of damage and was playing it slow and methodical which clearly didn't work out for most fights.)

Bowser wasn't getting his ass kicked, he and Bedrock were evenly matched until the fight was taken to Spark Dimension. Bedrock's Memory even says she considers Bowser her equal.
@@floatingf8783 He was. He fought her well until he lost ground and got blasted into the tentacle for the heroes to save him. He only won because he was saved and not the other way around. Denying it is a silly thing someone could do here, Bedrock is strong and withstood punishments greater than Bowser without any MacGuffin ever did.
Bit late but I wouldn’t say getting his arse kicked, like the other guy said Bedrock considers Bowser her equal and the two were evenly matched until going into the spark dimension.

Bowser is a King, he would of course have his underlings fight for him.
When in doubt, slap on 'em the Flame meteor spark. I don't know what it is about it specifically, but it's super satisfying when Bowser uses it.
The way that bedrock spotted edge, she had that stunning face like she recognized her.
She did cause (spoiler alert) edge is the leader of the spark hunters

Epic hard battle of strategy! The game went from 200 to 10,000 in difficulty at first.. Felt satisfying to finally beat Bed Rock!
I used Edge, Peach and Rabbid Peach. Foucused on the extra enemies first and leveled up Glitter Sparks to lure her closer to the traps. Pyrostar to make enemies run away. with edge. Then princess peach Vamp Dash/ Regenesis for healing from all the attacks. Rabbid Peach Exphere to protect everyone and Zephyrquake Shockwave - Gust to blow over whelping amounts of enemies away and especially Bed Rock away and have enough time to heal and recharge. All level 4. Moved all toops by the traps and started shooting at her together to lure her too the traps. Dashed the boss when ever possible and made sure not to shoot at the boss until we were in the right position.
I used Mario Luigi and Peach for this fight. I felt I needed to use that trio to help Bowser. But yeah this fight was a difficulty spike.
Can't help but laugh that the self insert like rabbid is literally called edge
I like how bowser is inspired from the M&L games in how he acts. He truly felt like how I remember him acting

So they're telling us that they designed this weapon for Rabbid Mario but they called it the Bowzooka and made shoot projectiles that look like what you could find in the environment of World 8 (a.k.a. Bowser's Kingdom) ?
Yeah, right. There's no way this was designed for Rabbid Mario in mind. Maybe they should have called it the Massive Riot or something.
Because it's a big weapon but also because MAssive RIOt = MARIO, but the term riot could also fit Bowser and the fact that he's a very loud and destructive character.
I'd imagine that the Bowzooka was only given that name AFTER it was given to Bowser. And as for how it looks...you know how you can get skins for the weapons?

You know persevering despite it literally being almost impossible, I mean thinking about it mario has rarely ever been able to go toe to toe with bowser most of the times it was because of his stupidity literally putting self destruct features in his castle *Multiple times* or having some kind of power up
The only times mario has ever gotten physical with bowser was in the rpgs and in bowsers fury, but that is debatable because he even Bowser Jr was able to hit Fury Bowser

Honestly wierdly enough I expected one of 2 weapons for bowser... A rocket launcher (which is what he got) or a hulking minigun... I certainly didn't expect him to be a summoner tho as main ability...

Because without a Spark weapon, he is completely helpless in the Darkmess dimension, that was explained by Beep-0 and shown in the prologue where the weapons were rendered worthless without Spark power.

That was the only reason she got the advantage over him, too: by tossing him in the Darkmess, she is nearly invulnerable. Bowser again only “lost” because of the environment around him.

Why did they get rid of rabbit yoshi and yoshi man =(
Honestly, I'd say it's because the characters had very little gameplay identity. Rabbid Yoshi had a very generic, yet niche ability not fit for the pacing of the game. His 100% damage reduction shield is better implemented as a tanking/support tool with Peach's close-range playstyle as well.
Yoshi was already extremely similar to Mario in Kingdom Battle as well, albeit more defensively oriented given his secondary weapon. Both he and Mario had a damaging team jump ability, a mid-range basic attack, and an ability that increases the damage of all nearby heros' attacks. Not to mention them both sharing a sight ability by virtue of not being Rabbids, who all got shields.
Yoshi and Rabbid Yoshi would've had to have been rebuilt entirely from the ground-up to fit within the game. I think the developers thought it would've been better to bring new characters into the fold instead.
@@Liverator Plus the Stars is not a setting where Yoshi was of much importance. Bowser is and he deserves a spot alongside Rabbid Rosalina and the best Rabbid ever: Edge.
