My people I have only one problem with this trial and that's the state ,,, the state must bear in mind not to outsmart the defence if the state have concrete evidences against this 5 men... Long ago the state would have place it on record and was also easy for the defence to consult with their clients by telling them, guys every piece of evidence put u guys on the scene of crime, all we should do its to fight mitigation against the possible sentence... But in this case, state is busy hiding and twisting the evidence... Look every one here, if Baloyi himself not intending to call Kelly as its own witness,, Kelly which is not just a witness but an eyewitness,, the girlfriend that Senzo came over to her place and was murdered in her mother house? Who in his right mindset whether having legal background or not will really wana leave it unchallenged? Oh my God.... Review and apple court please play your Vitale role when making decisions. Of course judge Ratha will let it go as he had already siding with the state,, I can sense that .

I paused you r video and went back to some of Styns evidence and just one point, he says he was anle to see that accused 5 contacted Kelly from info he got from investigation team as well as his own analysis of Kelly's 205(and he said i can show them to the court,never did). But now the 205's are here no call from accused 5..looks like someone might need to come out of retirement and explain. There are soooo many other lies lawd!!!

Somebody please refer Sibanda and Baloi to the evidence of their own dna expert witness, who told the court that in the khumalo house, there was no dna of any of the suspects before court. Secondly, it was that very dna expert who said there are dna samples of two unknown persons, one being male and the other a female. The state must tell us who else was there besides the known occupants.

That is not possible that accused no 3 was in CBD and within 18 min his in vosloorus ? This doesn't make sense . When you drive from CBD it takes longer than 18 min because of N3 that is full of trucks in traffic . Especially in the afternoons. Pinky is lying.

For a while i tried to be as open minded and as objective as possible about this case that i was trying hard to seek for something pointing at the accused trying to balance things. But it looks like the case is nearing an end and still can find one thing pointing to them. Infact im now convinced of their innocence in the absence of incriminating evidence
I also tried once upon a time to side with the state, but I had nothing to hold onto. Nothing. The only thing the state has that is a fact is time of death
