How i wish that judge Ratha should refrain from his comments, considering the sensitivity of the case. Some of us we persive them as condescending. There is no room for jokes in court. Professionalism is very much important, treat other people with respect, value, and dignity as much as you want to be treated as such. The level of disservice, from the state is very much scary. It is sad for us to see what is happening in that court. 😢😢😢😢😢

I just thought of this, when the prosecutor brought this case to be approved for prosecution it was a case for "a robbery gone wrong", whoever approves cases for whatever reason agreed the prosecutor had a case there. But now the case is about a hit, who approved that? If they had brought a case of a hit with a mastermind mentioned wouldnt they have asked for the mastermind to be accused 6 before approving that version of the case...but now are just going ahead with a version that wasn't approved by anyone(it's just an ambush version) is this legal, why is the defense not saying anything on this?

The witness has a commitment and it's allowed, no questions asked. Mgomezulu had to be given eye drops so the the proceedings may continue. The accused was asked to produce a medical certificate. "Its an animal farm"
