Though the FNaF 1 counterpart is close, Shadow Freddy is actually posed exactly like Golden Freddy in FNaF 2

I'm not sure if this was a mistake, but, Withered Golden Freddy is FNaF 2 Golden Freddy.

I'm not sure if this is referring to the video "Game Theory: FNAF, Golden Freddy NEVER Existed!", or, if it's referring to the theory that Golden Freddy itself isn't a physical suit.
Weather "Golden Freddy" is a physical suit that's being teleported around by a ghost, or a ghost that takes the form "Golden Freddy" has yet to be confirmed to be canonically correct. Both interpretations are just theories, for now.

RWQFSFASXC has never been referred to as "Shadow Bonnie" in the games, only by fans, and when it's mistakenly used in merch (where one time Funko's "Shadow Bonnie" merch had to be replaced by RWQFSFASXC merch, due to "Shadow Bonnie" both being a fan name, and the name of a FNaF 1 hoax character, who is just a recoloured FNaF 1 Bonnie.)

The suit in the FNaF 3 office is referred to as "Shadow Freddy" in the FNaF 3 files.

This isn't a different version of Nightmare Fredbear, according to the files, this is the same Nightmare Fredbear animatronic.
Their alteration in appearance is due to the entity known as Shadow, aka Shadow Freddy.
Therefore, this altered Nightmare Fredbear isn't Shadow, because Shadow is a separate entity that alters Nightmare Fredbear, be it on purpose, or by accident (It seems to be by accident, due to this altered Nightmare Fredbear claiming that Shadow actually fears them).
Also, Fredbear isn't Golden Freddy, Golden Freddy's appearance is a variation of Fredbear's. Same goes with Shadow as Shadow Freddy.
And, through this line of thinking, either Shadow Freddy or Golden Freddy are viable options, with Shadow Freddy being taken out of the possibilities due to the prior stuff, leaving the only option to be Golden Freddy.

The Shadow Freddy file is referring to the character Nightmare, short for Nightmarionne.
In the files, Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare ________ share the same AI (this can be seen in the radar mode, Nightmare ________ uses Nightmare Fredbear's icon, as well as their model's appearances both being contained in the Nightmare Fredbear folder),
They're the same animatronics/character, Nightmare Fredbear isn't Shadow Freddy, and Nightmare Fredbear is still Nightmare Fredbear after Night 7.
When Nightmare Fredbear is able to detect Shadow Freddy, as said in the files, they become just "Nightmare ", similar to how regular Fredbear loses the name "Fredbear" after becoming possessed.
On top of that, Nightmare Fredbear recognising Shadow Freddy is used to help determine what night it is. It essentially goes like, "Is Nightmare ________ active this night?" and if yes, it sets the Night to 7 or 8.
(Night 7 if the Shadow value is 1,
Night 8 if the value is 2.
This is similar to how the difficulty modes in FNaF World function).
The Nightmare/Shadow mode and 20/20/20/20 buttons are what initially cause Nightmare Fredbear to recognise Shadow, or whatever piece of Shadow, so the game can use it to determine what night it is. Those two buttons activate this recognition, meaning the buttons named Shadow Freddy are what cause Nightmare Fredbear to recognise Shadow Freddy, which causes them to change to Nightmare ________

RWQFSFASXC and XOR aren't officially given the title of "Shadow"
There's Shadow Puppet, Shadow BB's + Shadow Tree, Shadow Cupcakes, Shadow Crying Child. These are all seen in "The Sunken Place.
Nightmar(ionn)e acts as the Ennard to the rest. The pieces put together. With Shadow Freddy being the near empty husk prior to this. And, the Shadow Princess matches up with what Nightmarionne claims themselves to be in FNaF 7: UCN.
Blackrabbit/The Entity, is likely just Blackrabbit/RWQFSFASXC. Again, not referred to as "Shadow".

In FNaF, Remnants are memories, but given a physical form after they've left the human mind, they are what remains after they leave us (hence, "Remnant(s)"), with them lingering and attaching themselves to objects.
The properties and colour of the Remnant is determined by what emotions are contained within these memories. The most known example, being the emotion known as agony. Agony gives the Remnant a dark colour, and hence, giving it the name "Dark Remnant"... because it appears darker than other types of Remnant . . . heh.
Tl;Dr
Agony itself is useless on its own, only when it's in the Remnant can it do something. Agony is not another word for Dark Remnant, Remnants are not emotions, they're memories. Agony is a component of Dark Remnant.
I hope that cleared up any misunderstandings.)

Yes, it's been pretty much confirmed that RWQFSFASXC is made of Dark Remnant in FNaF 2, Special Delivery, the Novel Trilogy, and Fazbear Frights.
As a Dark Remnant entity, their weaknesses are:
Positive memories, intense light, and possibly heat/fire (fire also being a source of intense light).
These weaknesses stem from Remnant itself, and being an entity made from that substance means you also have the same weaknesses.
Shadow, meanwhile, has none of these. In fact, his first appearance has him basked in light, but he isn't affected by it at all. And in the secret minigame-memory prior to Happiest Day, Shadow's emotions are turned from negative to positive, which doesn't affect them either.
And, as you later say, Shadow Freddy is a physical suit.
Also, just like Movie Golden Freddy, he's missing an ear...

In the secret minigame-memory prior to Happiest Day, we alter the memory, which contains a simulated RWQFSFASXC (they're about as real as the Garrett the MCI offer to give Mike in the Movie), which we alter to give the cake to the Shadow Crying Child.
This isn't the real RWQFSFASXC.
As shown by his appearances mentioned at 6:12 , he's an antagonistic entity who creates chaos everywhere it goes.

It's a neat theory, but in the Follow Me minigames, Purple Guy can appear at the same time as Shadow Freddy, and then Shadow Freddy teleports away a fraction of a second later (as to not be seen by Purple Guy).
The game files also say that this is just Shadow.
There's a video you can find if you search "In the FNaF 3 minigames, Purple Guy can go through walls and objects even if said obstacles are there", this shows Shadow and Purple Guy appearing at the same time.

Dittophobia takes place in a prototype location to that of FNaF 4, which was created before animatronics could freely walk around, and instead relied on rails.
The location, unlike CBEaR, is completely abandoned, with two of the four Funtime animatronics still being present after ten years since the creation of its location. It also has its own unique layout, with the house test chamber being set at the same level as the underground areas, unlike in FNaF 4, which is shown to be above ground.
The Nightmare animatronics, and the room's appearances are also caught on camera due to the illusions being caused by Remnant, while in Dittophobia hallucinogenic gas is used, which wouldn't show the illusions on camera.
Also to note, the illusion discs partially work on cameras, but have a range and create static around the objects affected by their illusions, which doesn't apply here either.

Alone Together tells us that spirits can linger, even if they don't possess something.
It's also mentioned by the other ghost in this story that spirits can indeed latch onto someone and for them to share each other's memories, until they return to their own body.
We actually see this firsthand in You're The Band, where Shadow helps get the Freddy spirit (possibly Gabriel) out of a kid called Timmy, and back into their animatronic body, in which they succeed in doing so, not before using their black and white tentacles to stop any interference of this of course.

And, they succeeded.

Yeah, Nightmare Fredbear isn't present in Dittophobia, Baby and Funtime Freddy are missing too, but Funtime Foxy (who actually looks like a pirate in this location) and Ballora are untouched.
(Mini theory:
I think it's possible that this is the location where Elizabeth and Ennard got the parts for their new bodies, Scrap Baby and Molten Freddy, hence why they're missing in Dittophobia, they were taken for parts.
This location is also abandoned, meaning they can sneak in and sneak out without being caught.)

It seems like these 1982-1983 experiments are being done to the Crying Child, with Mike being forced to relive these memories as nightmares years later.
