Easily. Its Eminem n Tupac.
Eminem clearly is the more skilled n talented. But pac influence-wise is just as potent as eminem is in skills. Plus pac has talent, style n was a revolutionary.
Same with barry.... hes easily the most talented reggae artist n most unique. But Marley was goated n was like the reggae Tupac.
