    The tutorial is very clear and to the point, this is what I was after as a beginner on AWS and has helped me understand the concept very well - thank you. I am testing similar architecture but with a Moodle site installed on a Windows instance. I have configured and setup Route53, ACM and load balancers but my https access still returns 'Not Secure'. I am not sure what I have done wrong, but as I am investigating it, thanks for the tutorial.

    Hi Sir... Excellent way of explanation.
    Need to know one thing, it is mandatory to create ALB.... Can't I directly create simple record for public IP of my EC2.
    I created certificate, on creating record, I am still not able to access via https.
    what I need to do, to resolve the issue???
    Pls help

      Yes, you can create public IP record for ec2. There must be some dns configuration which might be messed up for your setup

    Hello sir,Thank you; it was really helpful. I do have one question: I am currently on free tier. Do we incur charges for public IPv4 addresses when using a load balancer? I have selected two subnets, and I am being charged daily at the rate of $0.005 per hour , which totals $0.24 per day. Is this expected behavior for using the load balancer for HTTP to HTTPS redirection? My public ipv4 insights does show 3 public ipv4. One of the instance and two others which are used by load balancer

    • @raghavendra6978
      @raghavendra6978 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      is it because from feb 2024,AWS started to charge for public IPV4 usage?

      It will work but if your ec2 instance is down with xyz reason then your user will not have access to the service

    Kindly reply, after creating multiple ec2 instances as Registered Target, can I host different website on godaddy as domain and sub-domain? please reply, could you create a video on that that would be great help

      You could create/host website on subdomain and spin up multiple ec2 instances as registered target.
      but need to make sure how load Route53 is routing the request to LB for various websites

      @@RahulWagh Problem Statement: I have domain on godaddy and website is hosted on wix which is created using wix studio, I have another website which is hosted on aws, Now when I tried to make this aws website as sub domain on godaddy it is not allowing me to add new record because Nameservers is custom of wix. Now to enable Add record feature on godaddy the Nameserver should be default from godaddy when do so like that wix website gets off the server.
      My solution: So I am thinking to migrate my website from wix to aws. So I can host one website as domain and another as sub domain on godaddy. If I do so will it work? or I will face the same issue as before? Kindly reply this last time. I follow you on Twitter but you have disabled your message option.

      Yeah IPv4 is not a big problem in the real world scenario and you should have proper control over the VPC so that you have good control over the IP ranges
