- Sorry for the long absence (I think it's been a year since I've last posted a video)! Anyhow, I hope you all enjoy this video and find it to be useful when doing work. It's probably my favourite video out of all the videos I have posted.
All of the tracks in the video are from their respective game's symphonic suites. You can probably find them by googling the track's name + symphonic suite. Please do support the original artist by buying the CDs though, I really think they're worth it.
On that note, if you have a PS4, you should give Dragon Quest XI a try! Within three weeks, I spent over 70 hours on the game and I'm not even done yet. In my opinion, it's probably the best Dragon Quest game to date.

I think the music are all performed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra.
The original GIF in the video is from the opening of Dragon Quest VI.
Please note that there are a lot of tracks that I like, but did not put into this collection because I thought they were unsuitable for the purpose of this collection.

I sincerely hope not. Seems like Sugiyama has been letting Nintendo use more of his compositions freely (such as orchestrated tracks in DQXIS) so hopefully we get at least one track from each of the heroes' game
i am a big fun of Dragon Quest from Japan, and I have been to some Dragon Quest orchestra concerts a few times. I'm so glad songs from this game is liked overseas and you literally created awesome playlist!! thank you for your work!!

I dare say, as III was my favorite game growing up, I think it has the most recognizable music in the series.

@@BasinatorMusic no problem! Dq6 is such an under appreciated dragon quest, so is dq7, and dq11 for that matter too because 11 is so good! But I really love 6, there is so much to do gameplay wise and it was so cool having different worlds to explore
@@CenturianEagle Personally, I am not that big of a fan of Dq7 for some reason, but I still love it all the same. I agree with you for sure that Dq6 is so underappreciated. I played that game like three times I think. It's so fun!
@@BasinatorMusic Well, I didn’t like dq7 when I played it when it came out for ps1, I was pretty young and wasn’t as good at rpgs as I thought I was lol- I got completely stuck on a boss, but now that I’m older and a lot better, I was glad that the game was remade for the 3ds and that I was able to give the game a try again on a newer better version. I enjoyed it quite a bit. There was a lot of items and equipment and the job system with the monsters was cool, the casinos were good as well and I liked that parts of it were pretty challenging.
it just takes a long time to beat the game - so that part I wasn’t a fan of. The story wasn’t drawing me in enough to play without taking several breaks from the game, and so I played it over a long period of time (playing it that way wasn’t as enjoyable of an experience) so I did have those few issues with the game , so I could understand why some might not like the game. Anyway sorry for my long confusing comment, it’s getting late and I was falling asleep while typing it lol. So I could see where you’re coming from with dq7, but dq6 I agree is very awesome!!

It has been a while since I made this video, but I think the reason why I didn't include any DQ6 tracks was because it didn't fit in with the atmosphere I was going for in this video. I love the game though!
