The drawing in this video combined with the music captures the wonder of dreams and memories very VERY well. Imagine levitating and flying across those clouds in the left corner. The music is childlike and full of wonder and nostalgia. The stars against the blue sky. The yellowish fading light on Mario and his friends. Now imagine this image except with more 3 dimensionality, fully realized, and with everyone you've ever known and loved there, reunited in perfect happiness? Because every person you've ever met is like a little piece of your life. And often you don't realize how much you love them. Even some person you met in the street for a few minutes... Imagine they are all there....
This game has the best soundtrack of all time. Out of every game ever, I firmly believe that this is the absolute best. Honestly gets me through hard times
I haven't beat bowser in smg1 yet and I never went past world 2 in smg2 and it's been years since I touched it. I really should go back to these games some time.
Super Mario Galaxy left me amazed when I first played it as a 10 years old child, it was Christmas and I remember I couldn't stop playing it! It featured so many different worlds in just one game... the best for my insatiable curiosity. This game was so influent for my childhood that so far I've written three books and a half about Super Mario Galaxy (when I finished a game that had particularly caught me I used to write books with similar adventures so that I could feel that game was never finished). The last half is to be completed and this music is giving me so many ideas, thank you for uploading with this gorgeous picture 💙💙💙
I have always been a Sonic fan since my childhood. But this game is one of my favorite for the inovation, the daring and those wonderful music. that still gives me chills ^^
@@TheRoyalLizard1 hmmm, ill look into it, the Artist has this on their page at thee time I asked them if I could use it, I'll see if he put it somewhere else since then
sunshine's major flaw was it being too hard in teh sense it deviated too much from how Super Mario 64 was. Nothing wrong with a challenge, but the way it played made people really annoyed having to adjust to such a clunky system. Otherwise Sunshine was good.

This was a great game but for it coming after Super Mario Sunshine it seemed too easy for me at the time... I think I was like 15
