Congratulations. Thank you for the video and many more videos. The patient has feet issues that were caused by an accident. Dr. Kim is doing his procedure treatment. The patient is very relaxed and comfortable and is tolerating the procedure. The patient is very excited because she knows that Dr. Kim will make her feet healthy again. Everyone is greatly appreciated. Love always, Patricia ❤🎉😊Great job!
OMG!! This poor lady! She has been through so much recently. That is some terrible luck. Even through it all, I bet she's been a riot! She seems sassy! I wish nothing but the absolute best for her.
So many people asked why she had not had her toes on the Her Left Foot, I believe, worked on. But I think if you listen a bit at 6:40 or so, she says she had Her Right Foot fixed prior ( and you can see a scar in the Right Great Toe) and says she had planned to get the Left Foot fixed in March but now may put it off until May because of a brain injury she recently had. I may be wrong but listened a couple times. There are always indications and contraindications for procedures to be or not be done in the interest of the patient. I only wanted to show that this condition sounds like it had been discussed with this patient from all angles it seems. I am not sure who discussed it with her. I did not hear The Doctor speak about having performed the first procedure, but I may have missed that. Very interesting case however, both patient and Doctor!
She must be in constant pain but sounds like she still has hope. Doctor your story is amazing. You both inspire me and give me hope that I too can overcome my healing of both bone to bone knees. I force myself to keep moving so I don't loose the function of my Legs until surgery time. Thank you. 🙏
I had a nurse tell me 1 time that I should not feel anything. I told her your crazy cause that hurts. She tried to argue I shouldn't feel anything. When I went to my regular doctor as follow up from ER he put in a complaint on that nurse treating me like that. She quit not long afterwards. Most people I know don't go to ER cause it's fun. They go cause of a problem they are having. Not to be talked down to.
This patient needs to see the doctor treating her to write a script for PT in home 3 times a week. Also sitting in a dining room chair and lift her knees up that will increase strength and mobility. Also she should look into getting a recumbent bike.
And get off that mobility scooter! If you can walk at all, you should avoid the scooter at all costs. I’ve seen so many people blow up weight wise, packing on 150 pounds in a very short time on those scooters, which makes it so hard on the joints when they do decide to walk and move their bodies. From the looks of how much fat she’s carrying in her feet, I’d guess she’s close to morbid obesity. When your feet and hands get that fat, you’re well past being “just a little heavy”.
has a foot brace been recommended to her for that left foot? that’s probably part of her pain having toes crammed on top of each other baring down when she walks.
I’d say a combination of ill-fitting high heels, poor posture and gait, about 150 extra pounds causing joint problems, and hereditary issues. She doesn’t sound that old, or invalid, but her toes are so dirty and unhygienic-like someone who is bedbound with dementia issues; not able to see that they need to maintain their hygiene. She’d do well to get herself off that scooter and move some more.
Usually until I began to be chased, I kept my toenails up; people into trading body parts, keeps me on guard. My used to be really good friend Osheia , a darker complexion , similar to myself, we' d get our toenails done regularly, I can not get anyone to touch my clean healthy thickened toenails. Last really good pedicure in Decatur, Georgia. After showering daily for years in a prison styled shower at a homeless shelter on concrete thick floors, kinda like the IT movie scene, I don't want any cuts or scrapes, so no pedicure. I try lately to get one, told salons aren't allowed to touch me, so try a podiatrist. It's almost summer, really cute sandals, I want! I can probably find a Dr. Kim in San Antonio.

That poor lady's left foot is so bad! I had pain wearing shoes before a bunion surgery and my foot looked normal even before the surgery. I can't imagine her discomfort.
Yes, men designed women’s shoes for decades to make the calf look appealing. In order to do that they had to have a 3 inch heal and pointy toes. Women squeezed into them to please men! Now look at your foot, does it look like it comes to a point in the middle?
😂 I wore heels 👠 for years and I have straight beautiful toes ; she probably has a huge bunion and arthritis in her toes .Poor lady ,that looks so painful.
That is some mangled toes. can they be repaired? One morning I woke up and could not get out of bed. My son tried to help me and to no avail. After everyone left, I force myself to get off the bed using my walker. I tried to make it to the bathroom. Called the ambulance, they came and hauled me to the hospital. I cried because the pain was so bad. I was sent to a rehab center. The rehab center gave me 10 days to show some improvement or make other arrangements. So one morning after not moving for that long, the physical therapist came in and said, its now or never. So I said, well come on let's do this thing and someway I sat up.
Dr What would you possibly gain by embarrassing a pt on the web where 100billion ppl can see you labeling her feet as 'mangled' ? Thats a horrible thing to do. M. IL.
It is heart breaking to see someone's toes like this that can be easily fixed with surgery. It's called hammer toe. I've had the surgery on 2 toes and it's pretty painless.
How in the world can that woman walk with her toes all curled up on top of each other. ? I could not even walk like that. I hope she can get her toes fixed. Flat feet will not help. Whoa!
Your feet jump too kinda hard to get your feet done I hope you feel better soon I use to go to the mall and they moved most of the seats out😳 I walk a little bit and sit down and walk again ❤️
Flat feet and poor balance? Really? This lady had a TBI and cerebral bleeding. Her muscle control centres are affected. Her muscle tone is different. She might have a foot drop as well. That's why she is under rehab. Your case is different with the back injury.
Why haven’t you done surgery on her feet to straighten these out! I’ve seen the surgery on tv how they straighten out toes!! I can’t believe you leave your patient in pain like that! That’s horrible that you haven’t done the surgery on her yet..
She has a lot to say...plus while the doctor is very nice to her he wasn’t listening to her. She kept saying that she was frustrated that her rehab therapist only came to the facility once a week and she felt she needed at least three times a week (like when she had knee replacement). He kept telling her she needed to walk more and she kept saying she wants to but she is too unstable to walk right now without help. Her RA is really bad...poor thing.

Bless your heart, Doctor.
You have been given yet another a Blessing. A gift.
Wow...her spirit is uplifting.
Are her toes the result of her feet being jammed into tight or too small of shoes as a child? Can they be straightened out?
When you have surgery it will be fixed dr from my feet are killing me show
You are such an amazing doctor! Thank you for being so kind and caring.
Dr. Fungi, your advice you gave this woman is what I needed to hear also!! Thank you!
Thank you for watching Kristine! What other videos would you like to see?

I love this guy, he seems to really care. What a crazy oreal he went through, and maintained his sense of humor. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏
000 ppl ppl ààààà
.
This lady is great
Hi Michele, we think so too ;) Thank you so much for watching my channel!
How do,the toes get to be so crooked?
Improper shoes, trauma, genetics, etc.
The toes got to be so crooked due to many years wearing too small shoes.
Arthritis
Remove the 3rd toe and brake the big toe set the big toe to straighten it out to get the foot function again
Her foot throwing up signs😂
Hahaha!
😝
Dude is his foot flipping me off ??
🤣🤣🤣
She must be in terrible pain!!
How can this lady walk with feet like that. God Bless her heart.
It’s too bad her toes got to be this bad. They must be horribly painful 😣😢
U are such a sweet Dr thank you for that
She must be in constant pain but sounds like she still has hope. Doctor your story is amazing. You both inspire me and give me hope that I too can overcome my healing of both bone to bone knees. I force myself to keep moving so I don't loose the function of my Legs until surgery time. Thank you. 🙏
Dr. Kim....you can tell you care by the way you treat your patient.thank you for doing a difficult job with class
Mangled? Such a professional description
Ok Karin

You should try Bianco Brothers Excalibur instruments the points are stronger and so much sharper
I LOVE her!!!!! ❤️
What caused her toes to go all catywampus?
I don’t know why this comment legit sent me into a fit of laughter that made my kids come running to check on me 🤣🤣
Good that your kids keep track of you. Glad it gave you a chuckle.
So vicious with the dry dremmel. Wow!!

She did say she has a PT who goes to her home. She also said she hopes to ride a bike but they probably won't let her ride a 2 wheeler.
She needs surgery to correct the deformity is what she really needs! But being older I’m sure that’s not the best decision.
And get off that mobility scooter! If you can walk at all, you should avoid the scooter at all costs. What caused her toes to be so deformed? Poor lady.
Amazing Grace probably rheumatoid arthritis 🤷♀️
Maybe she spent her younger days wearing too narrow fashion shoes.
How did her toes be all crinkled up like that that looks like that hurts
Arthritis
Is her foot deformation from arthritis?
I lv this guy
I don’t wanna sound mean or anything I just have a genuine question but how is her left foot like that like how does that even happen.
Can't they brake her toes, redo them, so they are normal?
Good question asked previously. How does that happen? Arthritis??
Could be. There are many reasons for this problem
God Bless Eileen!

Is the toe deformity from wearing high heels or tight fitting shoes her entire life?
It's more than likely caused my arthritis.

Before the Dr can post these videos he has to gain the patients permission. I'm sure she's well aware of how her toes are being portrayed on TH-cam.
It is heart breaking to see someone's toes like this that can be easily fixed with surgery. It's called hammer toe. I've had the surgery on 2 toes and it's pretty painless.
Was she a ballet dancer? On points?
Lorna Hayne she could of wear high heels 👠 a lot.
Arthritis
OMG!!!!😯😔
Dear Jesus how does she wear any kind of shoe. Bless her precious ❤ heart !!!
I didn't notice anything wrong with her feet until I seen it mentioned in the comments.
How can you possibly let your feet get this bad... that's years of neglect
My grandma had feet like this. She said it was because her mother bound her feet when she was little. I guess this ok in 1895
How do people's toes get like that.
It must be difficult working on such deformed feet.
How can she walk?
She mentioned that she had a mobile cart
+ That was about like putting new hubcaps on a car that had been hit by a train...🙁
I hope she gets the surgery, because this looks so painful.
If I had a foot in that condition, there would be an amputation in my future.
She just need surgery to correct those toes.
Surgery is too dangerous for her. She has poor circulation and neuropathy. She is not a candidate for safe surgery.
Poor lady 😢
What type of shoe does this person ware
Where are you located, in what city and Phone #, please
Cadê os br kkkk
WTH happened to those feet??????
God love her can she walk ?

Dear GOD! She had surgery in March and her toe still looks like that?? 😧 Her dogs were left alone for 3 weeks??

Clean between the toes after please.
31 people have a foot fetish. To which I say, Can happen to anyone’s feet.
Poor soul. Walking must be trying for her. Can anything be done to help the toes on that left foit?

Ô povo que não cuida para cortar as unhas . Será que não tem filhas? Coitada dessa pessoa.
These feet can be fixed. I hope to see her feet after surgery.
I'm sorry but I have to say it- he sounds like Arnold.
Using regular cleapers will be easier than that tool.
Why haven’t you done surgery on her feet to straighten these out!
I’ve seen the surgery on tv how they straighten out toes!!

That’s horrible that you haven’t done the surgery on her yet..
Maybe he's not a surgeon.
After shot huh? 😲😲😲
Arthritis
Pobre mujer, necesita que la operen los pies😢😢😢
Probably from high heels
Poor little feet.
She needs surgery to fix this. Can’t be comfortable. 🙏🙏. I had an accident that hurt my spine but didn’t know my spine was hurt until 20 years later!
To small of shoe too tight
Hereditary maybe . Some kind of injury
Any or all of what you mentioned .
