Somehow, nagdedwell tayo sa past madalas not knowing na di na natin iyon mababalikan. It struck a nerve and I don't know why pero somehow nakakahappy din na di ka nag iisa sa mundo na napapariwara dahil lang sa kulang na suporta mula sa pamilya mo. I was stoned by many people dahil lang sa isang pagkakamali at akala ko katapusan na ng mundo ko. Then suddenly I realize God experienced the same fate and He forgives. Mamy years bago ko tuluyan napatawad ang self ko. Kaya Kelvin, continue to pray. God bless Toni Talks sa interview na ito.

It's not easy to have PTSD, tapos meron pa siyang ibang mga kasamang diagnosis. He's so strong. Kung ako PTSD lang I'm suffering for years na, how much more yang si Kelvin pa.

This is such a wonderful interivew…The first time I met the actor introduced by his equally wonderful manager, I sensed the depth from how he speaks. From this interview, the roots where Kelvin pulls his internal dark and bright “lights” happen to fuel his energy for the good actor that he has become. Mabait pero may lalim. Napaka ganda ng episode na 'to. I feel bad and sad for Kelvin and other people who go/went through the same things. I cannot begin to fathom how hard he has to deal with all his trauma, disorders etc. In case you get to read this Kelvin, It's ok to be the way you are right now. It is understandable that you felt the way you felt. A lot of people will not understand you and judge you, but you have to deal and face the fact that the world we live in is a cruel and an unfair one. Never lose hope and most importantly, never lose your faith. Prayer is very powerful and every time you ask for HIS help and guidance, believe and never doubt. Past is past sabi nga nila. Nangyari na ang dapat mangyari. Sabi mo nga, your present needs your presence. Your presence IS your present. Always remind yourself to put away distractions and focus on the moment you're in. You are not your trauma. Your dysfunctions, disorders are not a measurement of your true ability and existence. Healing is not linear. Stay strong and keep up the goo work dahil magaling kang Artist.

Same feeling here Kelvin. I have tried to find a person who validate my feelings and past childhood trauma, naging support system ko siya but all of sudden iniwan nalang niya ko bigla. It's better na it starts with ourselves and God knows we are battling childhood trauma on how to deal and heal.
