I love this, I would always leave my pine cones and snowflake pillow covers for winter…but what you show takes it to a whole new level!! I love the oranges too! Takes the house from Christmas cheer to winter cozy. Perfect ❤❤❤ Thank you
I always decorate for the long winters here in the Rockies where we spend so much time indoors. I call it feathering the nest. I use lots of candles and lights to brighten the short days! We even have a winter tree that holds hints of the nature around us. Love the cozy images in this video especially the greenery and layered up cozy spaces!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful winter decorating approach! I love how you call it "feathering the nest" - that's such a perfect description for creating a cozy winter sanctuary. Those Rocky Mountain winters must be absolutely magical, and your decor touches sound perfect for those shorter days. The winter tree with nature-inspired elements sounds absolutely wonderful - what a creative way to bring the outdoors in! I'm so happy this video resonated with your own decorating style. Those layered, cozy spaces really do make such a difference during the long winter months, don't they? Thank you for sharing your own experience - it adds such wonderful inspiration to the conversation! ❤
After the holiday season is over, my partner and I collect all of our neighbors Christmas trees that have been discarded for the garbage trucks to take away. We put them in our backyard and have a temporary forest of pine trees to enjoy for a few weeks more. They look beautiful after a Minnesota snowfall.

I was really glad to see your YT pop up for me to watch. I thoroughly enjoyed it❤. After Christmas I like to decorate for winter & I'm able to continue using much of my Christmas season decor, especially since I'm nowhere near ready for valentine's & don't do a lot other than reusing reds & adding some pinks.
So what if it is. It’s inspiring and it is achievable. Go around your house and look for items that can work. Then go to thrift stores or goodwill type shops and find pieces. You don’t have to do it all at once. Pinecones are free as well as some greenery just go outside. AI is a tool not a bad thing.🙄
The floral arrangements are lovely, but I strongly dislike the trend of turning the books' spines to the wall. Decorating should be functional and practical. If color is more important to you than being able to find the book you are looking for, why do you even own books?
You are certainly entitled to your opinion and that’s really all decorating is what makes you comfortable in your surroundings. If putting your book spines to the wall is not your thing then turn them around.… I don’t think there’s a right or wrong. I enjoy viewing other people’s choices and it helps to inspire my own and often gives me ideas I had not thought of before.
Love the pinecone greenery in bowls.
Lov lov !!!!!!
