Been a customer of the Airline for 21 years now and their service does beat PR which rivals Cathay Pacific on HKG-MNL. Economy class seating CX > PR since CX planes have power plugs as standard while A330-300 A321neo A350-900 PR versions Fiesta Class lack seat power plug as opposed to their Cathay Pacific versions.
That was one long working *day*. Started at 630pm and the flight wouldn't arrive in Sydney until around 8 or 9am the next day. No wonder they crew requires 2 days of rest after that!

I wish I receive such service for my flights between LHR and HKG. Cathay has been non-stop promoting their brilliant service, but the reality is it is getting worse day by day.
I've flown over a million miles, and Cathay Pacific's service is inconsistent. Once, on a flight from Toronto to Hong Kong, it was past 10 PM, but most crew were asleep while passengers were awake. I found this strange. Also, Cathay tends to have more crew members compared to other airlines, but it doesn't mean better service. On a 15-hour business class flight, I got hungry and uncomfortable twice due to long service gaps.
I think the make up may had played a part. In the first 30 seconds or so Grace looks normal. Later puts on make up and hair pulled up and she looks great.

Yes.It is a A330-343.And Cathay Pacific operate flight as long haul is 10-17 hours so they will use A350 or B777 on long haul flight.But if the short haul like taipei or japan,they will use B773,or else,use A330.

国泰现在又把这个宣传影片推陈出新嗯，恐怕还是想挽回点影响吧。不过与其在这方面做小动作不如真抓实干，切实纠正空乘服务的态度。而且我看本次影片里面，即便是去悉尼的航班，服务人员依然是可以提供中文服务的，可是去内地的反而不能提供，这真是让人细思极恐啊。
我對服務人員 塗＇指甲油＇感到非常惡心想吐！本人是一位國外（加拿大）合格 廚師，我們的 衛生條例有着服務員，廚師不能塗指甲油，因為你不會知道，你的指甲油片什麼時候会 掉下一小片在食物上！
我們的 大學烹飪學校，本人的工作地方中，只要有人塗上指甲油，大㕑會立即請你離開 工作崗位， 直至清潔後才能回來！
手洗乾淨不就好你怎麼不說禁止化妝啊
