I have a feeling the Bendix in my X30 is playing as I'll occasionally just get a whirring sound on startup that'll happen a few times before starting. Am I on the right track? If so, does the same or similar approach you show here work on the X30 as well or is it very different? Thanks again
Yeah boi, thanks heaps for the kind words, and glad we have helped you out. Yeah I would pull the ring gear off and look at the bend drive teeth and also the starter motor output shaft teeth. the other thing can be low battery power, so make sure you have a fresh fully charged one

@@PowerRepublic Hey Derek, did some work on it yesterday but how can I fully access it like you have in this vid to do a proper clean? Seems I'd nearly need to pull the engine apart but that's probably not a great idea. Easy enough to get to the front & back by removing the start motor & cap adjacent to the ring gear so if I can't fully access it is it ok to hit each end with my cleaner/degreaser or am I risking it not cleaning out properly and/or the degreaser ending up somewhere I dont want it to? Thanks again
Is the KA100 similar or more like the X30, i followed this one, took all of the same bolts out (as it looks identical from those parts) and it won't budge. Thanks

Ka is same same as mini rok. Use soft hammer to get the housing to move off the crank casss
Sir, one question what sprockets are on this kart, my sons is racing the exact same setup with 10 x 72 sprockets
10 72 is good for top speed on a long track
