There's something to look forward to in Singapore if Mr Tharman becomes PM..I've watched him speak so many times and never failed to be impressed by his immense knowledge of how things work and best of all, to be able to speak in such a way that layman like me can understand..

FERN above average? What an insult. I think more like outstandingly exceptional.

Like I mention in my daily life that you may hav eheard be4, you need not to control or monitor a person decision, if they is a general principle of life that guide you through your life for every aspect. You need control only when people is doing stuff randomly without a purpose that known by other, or purpose that can't made known by others

It's a big waste that he doesn't want to lead Singapore as the next PM. So far, none in Parliament can match both his talent and political skill and prowess. He can easily put all the existing Ministers now in his pockets. Really, such a big waste. In many ways, he is in par or even better than the current PM LHL.

Sorry I don't used fancy vocabulary, so I have point form below as I am an engineer :-
1)May I ask who should initiate the changes for improvement, as this involve perspective from each person with different view and perhaps agenda, a good changes that benefit A may not do the same for B, C, D or E, there is certainly conflict of interest for complex issue. As such, even knowing what is the best for all based on common ground, but this may not apply for people at higher hierarchy that usually is the decision maker, how do you as the mediocre people that assign to perform or assist to execute a solution for the problem, to display under the bright light, with the best interest based on the position he or she holding or based on the person who paid you to serve them, a solution that trigger conflict of interest, that likely putting yourself in a hard condition by perhaps indirectly pointing a mistake in the past. They also have smaller picture in weighing the priority of the problem that matters and understand the real concern from stakeholder, I believe superior people may find it difficult to understand this as people have trust and obedience when you have power or authority , but imaging people is ignoring you when you trying convene a complex explanation with bias, how and what can you do in this scenario? What if the centre of the problem is not to find the best solution from the angle of the core problem but is to have a proper closing that sastify all. Party that involve. And it seem impossible that the best solution happen to able to address both the above without anyone offended, and the mediocre is sandwiched as doing the best for the core problem or doing the best for everyone interest are conflicting each other, mediocre will be slow in this case in particular if he or she knowing the different of these 2, and trying to reasoning a win win solution without own principle thinking, but just to follow instruction is tough.
II) do you agree the pessimistic is real due to the integration is come with uneven distribution resultant from domestic policy, as every fingers or toes have different length (from Chinese verbs😂) so some tend to be more pessimism as they have been less inclusive in the system due to the inherent condition
    III) tb continue tml
