If you're referring to your form at Jotform, it is not possible to automatically delete a form after submission. To delete a form, you can do it manually on your My Forms page. How do I completely remove it? Even when I go to the Trash Bin and hit remove forever, the submissions are still in the Trash bin...

The submissions you deleted from the Trash should be automatically removed from the Trash since they are permanently deleted. We suggest that you reload the page and try it again.
