the hawks and owls' (especially owls) treatment is especially cruel. They should not be chained down and in a concrete facility. None of these birds should be. The macaw has nearly zero toys (something that will literally drive them insane). The eclectus parrot shouldn't be in that kind of high-stress environment.

Nothing is wild there, hardly any trees, actually only concrete. It's all so artificial. I don't think birds feel comfortable there
