I saw your video a few weeks ago and I really enjoyed your ideas. We always camped during the years we raised my daughter. We still camp and enjoy traveling in our trailer. I am very grateful for your video and sharing in great detail how to decorate the cards and make the folds for different sized papers. I have lots of ideas for fun with this card to decorated and use my stamps. I hope your trip to Arizona is full of warmth and lots of enjoyable things to help get through the last of the cold winter weather. I am a multi crafter and spend a lot of time designing my own patterns and making my own clothing as well as my extensive paper crafting hobby. It is warm genuine people like you and your husband that help me stay focused and find new ways to keep my cards fresh and the projects really fun. I am making a few of these cards and plan to stamp my own images and do my own ideas for Valentine's Day. I am going to fill the card with bits of hearts and little piece to spill out along with a treat for the holiday. Thanks so much for sharing. You make it look easy and truly it is easy.
Love, absolutely LOVE this card. I watched the video numerous time, repeated the manta and I think I’ve got it!! Thank you both for sharing this. ✌️✌️❤️❤️
I absolutely love this, I went right to my craft desk and started creating. Typically I write down the directions but your little hint to remember the folds is perfect and I will not forget that taco, taco, hotdog, tent, house. I've already made a bunch of these cards since watching your video. Thanks Karen and Tim, you to are a hoot to watch.
Had my hubby watch you guys on the big screen, and I tested him today to see if he remembered how to do it. He was successful 👏🏻👏🏻. Now to make card bases for the explosion pieces! 😀
Karen, I absolutely love the explosion card and your story to remember the directions. I shared with my husband, and we both folded the papers. He said it was awesome. Thank you for sharing. 🌺
Watched replay and made 3 “sample” cards. I first learned this many years (about 25 years ago), at Carol’s Corner, In Universal City, TX. It was the first rubber stamp store I ever went to, and I was there every Saturday, doing classes, or “make and takes”. I learned soooo much from @Carol Wood, over the years. Thank you! I really needed this refresher. I had difficulty getting the “pretty side” on the inside, to show, when exploded. I finally got it, the third time I made the cards with you and Tim Yeah!
Hello Karen & Tim- What a fun story to remember your folds for your cards. Enjoy your trip when you get out. Be safe & enjoy yourselves while traveling... thanks for sharing these cards👏👏👏💞
Thank you so much for this! I’ve wanted to make this card but thought it would be very hard. Thanks to your story, though, I was able to watch the video once, then successfully make the fold from memory several days later! It works brilliantly thank you!
Hi Karen, have been looking for an easy way to make an explosion card and your directions are wonderful and so easy to understand. Thank you From Sydney Australia💕
Hi Karen! As I sit here trying the explosion card, I’m telling your story as I do the folds & my GSon is getting such a kick out of it! I love that you’re obviously a team! Too much Fun!
Hi ! First time ! I saw that you were going to show how to make the explosion card.... it caught my eye, so here I am ! I've just become a demonstrator and am not doing the company thing, just for myself for the discounts ! My husbands birthday is 2/5 and I wanted to make him a special bthday card ! Thanks.... Ginny from Indiana
I like the story that goes with it! I work at a library and have done many “fold and tell” stories with the children. I will have to try this card style, seen the finished card but have never tried it.
@@KarenTitus there are also “draw and tell” and “cut and tell” stories too, lol. I made 2 cards after watching your video and saying the story as I folded the paper. They came out very nice, thanks again for the demo.
Oh I love the way you teach this. I’m going to try this and then do Valentines with our 3 grandkids who are staying here Monday and Tues. nights. Thank you.
