Ok lemme go through his passive and his recent buff. Health lower than 100% and higher than 66% = 5% damage reduction. Health lower than 66% and higher than 33% = 10% damage reduction, s1 refresh while increasing dash distance by 50, s2 gain +1 strike and each strike grants 25 ( + 10% extra physical damage) magical damage. Health lower than 33% = 20% damage reduction, s1 refresh while increasing dash distance by 100, s2 deals 2 extra strikes and each strike grants 50 ( +20% physical damage) magical damage. The more physical damage you build, the more magical damage he'll deal. He'll start getting shield and will do induction damage upto 50 from him s2 when hp is lower than 33% of his max health. The shield will be converted into hp when it reaches any mark on his health bar. He'll keep getting shield from his s2 until his ho reaches 100%. Recent buff: his ult cd will be halved if it didn't any target and s2 recovery increased slightly.

zilong ult is not broken, short range, high cast time, short cc duration , medium damage. Overall not good at all, his new buff only help him in farming, not teamfight
I see u implemented my suggestion lemme add one more Add it over the screen when the game starts coz there's nothing to see until u reach and start jungling✌️
Zilong got buffed and now if he doesn't hit enemy hero then the cooldown is half and also when his hp crosses any of those marks in the hp bar, cooldown for skill 1 is reset. The skill 1 mechanic was already there, the ult one is new.
I have been playing him for long time but after rework I haven't played with him yet I mean they really buffed him in chase and jungle clearing by that ult change but if you hit that ultimate in team fight have little drawback it will come little after the previous ult would have back in that fight but overall now more faster on map and more op
