You have to choose dream eater in the case that there are squishy Pokemon in opponent team. Like: decidueye and greninja
And you have to choose hex when there are tanky Pokemon in opponent team. Like: snorlax and slowbro

Brother hex + Sludge bomb can't be used for infinite time. Until sludge bomb effects last only up-to that you can use hex with 1sec cooldown😊
