My phone's resolutions are same just like yours.. well it's not the problem with phone but game's own resolution is low even in MAX settings...

Yes brother it will RUN on Max Graphics but Iphone SE 2020's battery is small ..so it will drain your battery A LOT and phone will Heat so quickly..
Make sure to play in AC Room otherwise game will drop Frame rates because of Heating

So Iphone SE is very Small compared to iphone 13 also processor is little old..
