Your a bit long in the tooth for that people. Just negative people I don’t associate at all with. And it’s great
In my 40’s now and finally started not caring what other people think/do/own etc. I’m just happy being myself. Each and every year I gain more and more confidence in myself. That’s one of the best parts about getting older and having life experience. Although I don’t feel the need to swear all the time like this (and I do occasionally) I appreciate his approach to life.
Man,I can tell you for about a year I took this guy advice and pushed myself, i studied for an important exam for about an about a hour almost every day while doing just one to two hundred pushups and other form of exercise about four times a week it was a lil rough but at the end of the day I passed the exams with flying colors while also looking in shape, and dress nicely I've gotten complements from ladies, push your selves
That’s it man! That’s it. It sounds harder than it actually is. Think less. Do more. Everything else that comes is a byproduct of discipline. Stay the course! Don’t get comfortable. And if you do, get back after it!

Once I was at Howard Grant gym. They're were a boxer over hitting the bag so hard with one hand, and Howard asked to stop for a short notice to the group... he said stop stop, stooop !!! have something to say... The guy was hitting so hard it looked like the video around 1:00 I was very impressed. I saw his brother too , Otis, regaining his worldwide championship belt after being in the coma for 6 months because of a car accident. I met so many champions in this gym everyone was so humble, caring and loving person. It's still in my heart and one of the main motivation for me to do what David Gogin is advising you to do.

After divorce I got off the right track and smoking blunts and too much alcohol became a daily routine after work. When I hit 30....i looked back at all my mistakes over the past 10 years and turned my life around. If I didn't change I was going to be some broke bum that no one respected. Today alot of those shit talkers look at the floor when I walk in the room and I honestly don't care. The less I cared about people's opinions the happier I got, the faster I excelled at achieving my goals and more and more people started getting uncomfortable around me coz they were used to the clown in the room with snacks his pocket. Now the clown is gone the snacks are out and all that remains is a guy who was hit by reality thanks to this man. Every day I come home from work I don't think just do. Put on motivation and get into it. Exercise started again a couple of weeks ago pushing to do 100 push ups then abs then squats.. I'm now doing over 200 6 days a week. I get it done fast and continue living. I have been through an incredible amount recently and I made the decision to be tougher than my life is. I made a commitment to myself and my values over everything. Everything turned to shit around me but I'm turning into gold mentally. Stay hungry stay proud stay humble stay hard. Let your actions speak for yourself. Value yourself and not what others think of you. Tip use anything that motivates you and use that everyday 🙌🏻

I saw Goggins lead a workout in Australia that started with 600 jumping jacks no breaks and he about wiped everybody out. And that was just the first exercise of the workout! I had never done more than 50 at a time. Seeing him do that I was determined to match his 600 and in 3 months I matched him. After two more weeks, I kept going all the way to 1,060. Goggins teaches to punch through the pain and keep going. I will never look at physical exhaustion the same way again.
