I have one doubt, is gas fee same for all digital arts?
what if an organization that requires an artwork NFT doesn't want to pay and they can themselves get a similar artwork made from any good artist in very less amount?
@@fitsurvivor4781 Definitely anyone can design and create their own nfts. But nft's value can not be decide based only on design, it is also based on the owner(organization) as well some other factors.
Suppose if one of famous artist or org created a design nft and almost similar design nft created by a small artist then obviously people will buy famous artist's nft as they can show-off on marketplace.
If org or artist owns the IP for a particular character then if any other person tries to copy the design there can be some legal issues.
@@amanvijay4288 then it leads to the popularity only according to your comment. If someone is popular, then only the value of their art is more. It happens in the physical world as well. Da Vinci's Mona Lisa painting is worth millions but an ordinary artist's same painting (even if painted exactly the same) might worth not even 1% of the Da Vinci's painting price. Then what is the use of NFT because at the end of the day if someone wants to use that NFT art in their own project, then that person would be smart and intelligent enough to replicate the same artwork (not just by downloading that art style but by creating their own) and use it at a very cheap price. There are many good artists that can make their own similar artwork with their own hands and can use it and then no organization or nobody can say anything to them because it is their originally created work. Also till now NFTs are not something that are copyrighted material or something, so anybody can draw that monkey and use it instead of paying millions of dollars for that. Think about that.

One small suggestion :- Please try to keep the video on point, like if i wanted to learn how to create wallet or know about crypto currencies or blockchain, i would search that keyword. I came to your video only to know about NFT's, but i am sorry to say you spent lot of time in explaining other things than NFT, like you were trying to put a lot of different topics into one video, just my humble observation. NFT trends are bit different , before going in nft first understand the process, you need to make some good concept behind your artwork. And you need more connections for selling your art works because ,not any NFT platform will promote your artwork you have to do it by your own.

Hi, I had a question. If an artwork is sold as nft can their digital prints still be sold or will it be illegal?
yes they can be sold, but only by the owner, where he has to mention he has the original's rights.
Yes it can be replicated but u will have the owner rights of the original artwork

I am an engineer and a businessman, I have a fairly good knowledge of technology and money. I have watched multiple videos on TH-cam about this same topic. But one question I have not able been able to understand is why would anybody spend this much of amount for such a thing I have failed to understand this.

That's a damn interesting question.
You'll need to consult a crypto lawyer who can help you understand this. There are certain laws around business ideas which people can protect under Intellectual Property. That could be a way to approach this.

Because the person's who get good money are established artists and have a good name in society.. so what about beginners..?
If you make a nice artwork, as in one that is attractive enough(can be visually emotionally or spiritually) then irrespective of whether you are new or not, you have the potential to earn alot. All you have to do is sell it as an auction.
Is vector art also an option to sell in nft?
