I love it! I've rushed to buy new things that just came out and been burned before so I'm going to wait till Dec and then check reviews but if this thing delivers as promised I'm getting one for sure!
I’m sorry Andrew the wall track MUST go into the wall studs to be able to withstand the pull forces of the maxpro. Drywall anchors would not be strong enough
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. The unit will need to be sitting directly on the wall for the Slimline Wall Track system to be correctly installed. The middle cross-section is designed to use the wall as support; otherwise, it will cause instability while working out. We hope this information helps, and please let us know if you need anything else. Stay safe!
Instead of using the door mount (which requires strapping and unstrapping), can I install the SlimLine Track on a door? There's really not a good location in my house to install the SlimLine Track on a wall.
The wall track is designed to screw into a single wall stud, but you bring up an interesting question. We can not guarantee your proposal would work, but we assume it depends a lot on the construction of your door.. is it a solid door construction or hollow/laminate type.. this would make a big difference on the ability of the door to hold the forces put on to the wall track screws during maxpro use
I noticed in your example towards the end of the video when it was completely set up the unit didn't rotate back equally. I hope I'm making sense - the left pulley (when your standing in front of the unit) snapped back while the one on the right didn't. I've read online that some people are having this issue. Would this be under warranty if I purchase it and am having this issue? If we open the unit to try and fix it, would that void the warranty? Also in the future would you be selling parts for repair? (click to 10:05)
Hello CT, good observation! Yes you are correct we had some early product that had the rotating covers hang up a bit, but we have resolved that issue now with our new cable assemblies. However, if you have this issue still occur, it would be covered under warranty which is one year from date of receipt. We also have a 14 day money back guarantee. Lastly, the maxpro is designed to have the cord replaced by the user, so to some degree it is acceptable to open up the maxpro by the customer, without voiding the warranty. We will have replacement cords and some other spare parts for sale in our online store in the near future. But the cord should last well over one year. Thank you for your interest in MAXPRO, and let us know if you have any other questions we can answer.
Very impressive, good design. On the website the track looks pure aluminium and actually a lot higher quality. Is this the replacement of the track on the website? Either way think it is worth getting , just think the pure metal looks more classy.
Thank you! The track is still the same aluminum, but with an improved, easier to use push button design. But now it's anodized painted in cool charcoal gray that specifically matches the MAXPRO holders! :)
I like the easy access of just a press of a button to adjust up and down. I don't want to stop my workouts just to unstrap and stap on my door. Thanks for the reply.
Hello. The SlimLine track is a permanent solution and is not for traveling so the brackets that come with the SlimLime track will not be removed. The EZ Mount Door System is the travel system and it comes with every MAXPRO order (with separate brackets). You can see a quick video of that here: th-cam.com/video/lhaWVB2EGfA/w-d-xo.html Thank you!

Hi, I just got my wall track. Can I install it on a concrete wall? What’s the size of the drill bit I need to use in order for the screws provided to fit?
I love it! I've rushed to buy new things that just came out and been burned before so I'm going to wait till Dec and then check reviews but if this thing delivers as promised I'm getting one for sure!
Guess I'll have to get this too!
It really is awesome. It makes switching from one exercise to the next very easy! Thank you!
Is there any way you guys could include drywall anchors for added strength? So we do not have to drill into a stud
I’m sorry Andrew the wall track MUST go into the wall studs to be able to withstand the pull forces of the maxpro. Drywall anchors would not be strong enough
Has the wall track been tested with full resistance set?
I'd be particularly concerned with an exercise perpendicular to the wall.
Can’t wait to get mine this month
Hi Rual. Did you see our latest update? If not, please email us at info@maxprofitness.com. Thank you!
The LH of my Maxpro Smart Connect is noisy compared with the RH. How do I reduce the noise?
Does it have to sit flush against a wall? Or can it be put on two wood strips with a space between the track and wall?

Can I assemble the wall track outdoors. We live at the beach, on the ocean, and it can get misty from the water. Will that hurt the wall mount unit?
Please forward your question to our customer care team
Does this come with the set or should we buy this seperately
The SlimLine Wall Track System comes separately

@@MAXPRODetroit thank you, i just purchased one :)
Hate to ask but just want to confirm before purchase. Does the slimline wall have it's own separate brackets that arrive with the slimline wall?
Yes, the SlimLine Wall Track system comes with it's own pair of brackets.
Can it be installed on a cement wall? And if yes, any additional step/modification during installation process? Thanks!
Yes it can- you just need to use cement screws. We mention this in the instructions.
yes
my question just like Iv'e asked on facebook. Is there a warranty on it? thanks for any info
We already replied via Facebook. For easier reference, you can find our warranty policy here: maxprofitness.com/pages/warranty
Can you add videos of workouts with leg workouts?. That's my main target area.
Hi! Yes we will do that. Please stay tuned :)
@@MAXPRODetroit thank you so much!!!
We have a bunch of leg workout videos on our app. If you are interested in reviewing the app please send an email to info@maxprofitness.com Thank you!
@@MAXPRODetroit about to send it now.
Also, if I install this against my outer garage door. Will it be okay to leave it outside in the environment?
You can do that. But we don't recommend leaving the Wall Track outside. The Wall Track was designed to be used in interiors..
It’s made of aluminum, so rain and sun shouldn’t damage it.. but just need to watch it for any kind of deterioration

@@MAXPRODetroit Thanks for replying , looks really cool technology in general , hoping to invest soon
Would it be possible to some how be installed to a door. I leave in an apartment don't really want to drill to the wall.
Yes! that's what the Door Mount is for :)
I like the easy access of just a press of a button to adjust up and down. I don't want to stop my workouts just to unstrap and stap on my door. Thanks for the reply.
Is this the final version of the SlimLine? When traveling, do we need to remove the brackets or does the SlimLine come with its own brackets included?

The EZ Mount Door System is the travel system and it comes with every MAXPRO order (with separate brackets). Were you really going to drill holes into a hotel or Airbnb?
Are the brackets the same on the EZ door mount and the SlimLine Wall Track?
What is the shipping weight and dimensions of the box of this Slimline Track set?
Please email info@maxprofitness.com for assistance.
Thanks. I had a complete MaxPro set shipped to our country!
can you screw it on a concrete wall?
Hello!
The SlimLine Wall Track is specifically designed for wood stud installation.
Can Slimline Track be installed on a cement wall? Thanks
Yes, you just need to use cement screws to do this. Thank you!
