1. Yes, not a climber, but I warm up first before proper workout or dance workout! I think Its very important👍🏼 2. Looking at your warm up routine, I think stretching legs and arms and strentghening upper body would be a great warm up to start a climb. In my non-climber opinion ☺️
You’re right!! This routine can also be used even by non-climbers ✨👌🏽 you can apply it before starting a normal workout just to prepare your entire body for the intense movements you’ll be doing 🌸 Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Good job on taking care of your body 😘

i got myself into not doing stretches before climbing because of group mentality and promptly got carpaltunnel -_- so now I'm kinda paranoid about warming up and stretching properly

i believe warm up is essential in any sports to avoid injury :) just like what i do back in the day hehehe :)
