      1. Yes, not a climber, but I warm up first before proper workout or dance workout! I think Its very important👍🏼
      2. Looking at your warm up routine, I think stretching legs and arms and strentghening upper body would be a great warm up to start a climb. In my non-climber opinion ☺️

      You’re right!! This routine can also be used even by non-climbers ✨👌🏽 you can apply it before starting a normal workout just to prepare your entire body for the intense movements you’ll be doing 🌸

      i believe warm up is essential in any sports to avoid injury :) just like what i do back in the day hehehe :)

    Hand exercises
    Cardio 1 to 2 min
    Dynamic stretch
    -arm circles 30 reps each side
    -leg swings 10 reps each leg
    -one legs rdls 10 reps each elgs
    -side lunges 10 reps each side
    -Plank twist 10 reps
    -No money 10 reps
    -recruitment calls 10 reps each side
    -wrist rotation each side
    -wrist stabilisers
    -calf raises 10 reps
    -ankle rotations 10 reps
    On the wall

      I had the same problem before..I knew I had to do it but don’t have a clue how and which parts of my body to warm up exactly. I am SO glad that you find this video helpful ☺️🌸 Enjoy warming up on your next climbing sesh ✨

    The only stretching I get to do these days is when I pull up my bed cover from my head to my feet!

    Kiiimmmyy this is awesome!!! I love your warm up routine! Everything from wrists to ankle! Gonna put this on my workout playlist! I’m inspired! I’m not a climber, but this should help strengthen my weak spots!💪🏼

      Woohoo!!! 🎉 🥳 🙌 Let me know how it goes ok? Yes, you can also do this as your morning stretch. I love stretching in the morning, but I have a different routine. I always feel great and ready to face the challenges of the day afterward ✨✨✨

      Yay! Thank you! Glad you like them 😊 It's not easy to find a high quality leggings that can resist getting scratches and tears from climbing these rough walls. But glad I found a few 🙌🏾🙌🏾

    You might want to include where you buy you’re climbing or workout outfit, the are probably people (like me) who might want to check it out, as I try your warm up routine (at my best capability😉)

    i got myself into not doing stretches before climbing because of group mentality and promptly got carpaltunnel -_- so now I'm kinda paranoid about warming up and stretching properly
