- In this video we let you know about 11 suburbs in Perth, Western Australia that all have a median price under AUD 500K.
We also let you know how far from Perth city they are, the suburb population and the average number of days it takes to sell a house in that suburb.
As we talk about these suburbs we walk along the river in Burswood close to Crown Towers and Optus Stadium.

As a Perth local ... I can assure you, a lot of these outer suburbs are absolute dog sh**...
Some of these suburbs aren't the most desirable but some do have great potential. Especially as there seems to be a lot of revitalisation happening in some of these suburbs - Girrawheen and Midland are good examples. When you ask about 'regional suburb' do you mean an outer suburb of Perth or a country town?

Bunbury is one of the areas that is predicted for the prices to continue rising. It is a very popular area.
Hillman is very small and is next to Rockingham. The last sub 500 house sold there last year in oct 23. everything since mid 500s
The median house price was based on average sales over the past year. Last year they had a lot of sales that were low 400's and some even in the high 300's which brings the median price down. We have noticed that the prices have started to rise as there aren't many houses for sale.
@@vloggersontheloose yes, I agree. Prices have gone up about 100,00 in a year.
There are some crazy prices in the property market at the moment. People are trying their luck with high prices for crap properties and people are paying.
But are they safe? I hope they're safe suburbs.
We walked around most of these suburbs during the day and they felt safe. Night time is always a different story but the same can be said about other suburbs that are worth a lot more such as Perth city, Fremantle, Northbridge and Joondalup.
