speaking from experience Our Generation accessories are almost perfect, I have a few of the furniture sets as well. The furniture sets are alright, but you have to prop them up, but that can be hidden by camera angles.
18" OG, AG and Joourney girls are 1/3 scale just like Smart Doll they are just supposed to be 9 years old not adults. Most 18" accessories should work. Furnature may be too short, and clothes not quite long enough and baggy but the extras like food and such should absolutely work.
