Harpalji this recipe turned out great. I am a south Indian but I also love Punjabi food. I am trying to get cauliflower florets to turn golden brown or caramelize without deep frying them. Roasting in the oven takes a lot of time and I am sure there must be a method to get it right without roasting or frying. Please kindly share a recipe with caramelized cauliflower

This step will bring out into the water any worms hiding inside the florets. Organic cauliflowers tend to have them.
