I'm blessed but not with a child nor a husband. And trust me it's been a loooooong time praying for both. I've stopped crying about it, and now I mostly focus on my spiritual life, temporal life, and praying for others. And just trying to get by on this earth with some amount of joy. There are lots of things I've prayed for over the years, long, long years and haven't received them yet. And there are others that I think I did receive an answer for. I'm never really sure tbh. But through the years and through the tears, I just keep praying and loving God as best I fan. In the end, none of this will matter, only loving God and being loved by Him for all eternity, if we are so blessed.
Why are not all parishes around the world talking and celebrating Divine Mercy Sunday like you at the Shrine do? So many people miss out on Our Lords mercy from this beautiful Feast Day. Praying more and more will🙏🙏🙏🙏✝️Jesus I Trust in You

It's so sad actually.I live and work in a place where Buddhism and Islam are the main belief.Our parish priest takes out DMImage on the feast day only and puts it away after. Last year,thanks to the Marian Fathers esp.Fr.Chris,i started talking to my friends about the graces we can get on this very special day.more or less 10 of us went to Confession and received Holy Communion. This year i opened a group chat and there are 32 of us active.I've been feeding the chat with the proper info and i hope and pray that all of us will receive the graces this year. Divine Mercy and the Marian Fathers (quite long but meaningful) I could not get enough of Divine Mercy Sunday!I really thank God for making me understand and believe in the devotion to Divine Mercy. I am a Filipina and a physician.I was born and raised a Catholic and even studied in Catholic schools from elementary,high school,college and med school but sadly,I do not know how to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.The least I know of is the 3 o’ clock prayer that is being flashed every 3 PM at a local television channel.I could never forget the time when our family was going through a difficult time back in 2021(along with a series of unfortunate events with the health of family members,my child suddenly developed anxiety and we had a deliverance done by an exorcist priest)and we had just finished attending Mass at Philippine Centre for St. Pio of Pietrelcina when a nun in blue habit accompanied by a teenage boy approached us and asked if we have any prayer intention for the family.She handed me a paper to write on and an image of the Divine Mercy(the one most popular in the Philippines as Fr. Chris said)and a blue rosary.After that encounter,I started praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and in my son’s anxious moments,I really turned to pray the Chaplet aside from the Holy Rosary.I became interested in spiritual warfare(because as they say,you have to know your enemy)and I came across the image of St. Joseph, Terror of Demons as commissioned by Fr. Don Calloway and featured in his book Consecration to Mary.I didn’t know then about the Marian Fathers.I was browsing through TH-cam and was looking for a video of an exorcist priest but then Fr. Don’s interview popped up and I think it was in EWTN.I was deeply touched by his conversion and like myself,I totally surrendered my son’s case to God and placed him under the maternal care of Our Blessed Mother.After exhausting all efforts(counselors,psychiatrist,developmental pediatrician,therapy and the priest),I know my prayers and full trust in God was the BEST MEDICINE OF ALL!(coming from a physician myself,HE ALONE IS THE SOURCE OF HEALING).I cannot totally recall how I came to the website of divinemercy.org but then I signed as a Marian Helper already.I also came across Fr. Chris Alar’s video on Seal the doorpost with the Divine Mercy image(during the earlier part of the pandemic)and I immediately rummaged through the books I was buying online about Exorcism and the like because there is always a stampita(small image)of Divine Mercy that was being sent to me everytime I bought the books.It was then that I saw that these were printed and given away by the Marian Fathers in the Philippines.I also bought the books of Fr. Don,among them Consecration to St. Joseph and 10 wonders of the Rosary.I was also able to watch his video on the rosary as being a powerful spiritual weapon.In my experience,I can really attest the powerful intercession of Mama Mary against any demonic influence through praying the Holy Rosary.Sometime last year,I was invited by a friend to attend the 33 days to Morning Glory Retreat being facilitated by members of the Militia Immaculata at the parish of Our Lady of Loreto.I was a bit hesitant because I always have a busy schedule,as I now prioritize taking care of my son.I bought the book and was surprised that the author,Fr. Michael Gaitley is also a Marian Father.I consider it such a Divine Providence that all things are connected.I proceeded to do the Consoling the Heart of Jesus Retreat and eventually became one of the facilitators of the retreats.In between,I discovered Fr. Chris Alar’s Explaining The Faith series of talks on TH-cam and I always listen to them on my drives whether short or long and I really learned a lot!It was like an awakening and I could not be happier being a Catholic!I am now actively promoting the devotion to the Divine Mercy and of course,Consecration to Mary and St. Joseph.As before,I tend to shy away from talking about my faith,as there are so many Christian denominations here in our country.I realize that a Catholic should really get to know the faith so they can withstand any adversity.As I heard from one of Fr. Chris’ talks,may be the Holy Spirit has finally came down to inspire and empower me.🙏 As of this writing,I am about to embark on the 33 days to Merciful Love Retreat,another one of Fr. Gaitley’s Consecration,this time to the Divine Mercy. At this time,my son has been doing great in his school as they have been on full face-to-face class already.He has graduated from therapy and did not need psychiatric follow up nor medicines to maintain.He is perfectly the way he was before everything has happened.He is more prayerful and devoted to attend Sunday Masses.I have begun devoting more time for prayers,devotions,daily masses(even online but goes to Church on Sundays)and for family.Our experience has been very tough,I almost gave up,as a mother and as a Christian,but I know God’s Mercy has saved us.I am still a work in progress but I am devoted to helping to save more souls through His Divine Mercy. #DivineMercy #ToJesusThroughMary #MercifulLove

In last couple years Ive tried to tell my sister & brother about the graces of DMS as they are "fallen away" Catholics. If I bring it up or anything "religious" they said they wont speak to me again. I have fasted & prayed for them. I've seen no fruits & this has been agony for me. However, I have not lost all hope. I have to believe that Jesus has them. That the Lord will do something in the "warning" or the "illumination of conscience".....maybe some-kind of instant healing like the soldier that perceived Jesus on the cross? Oh, please Jesus let it be so.
It's sad. I went to the wedding of my cousin's daughter and there was not one mention of God or any scripture. Not only that, but my cousin got some quickie online ordination to perform the ceremony as if he was a minister. But he was raised Catholic. I think trusting in the Holy Spirit to reach them is good.

It's sad it took them 4 years to "take it outside and TRUST God". The church needs much prayer. I'm glad my church listened to God. I keep getting "Woe to the Leaders". Many are Asleep and hence the delay, some are Asleep or dry bones. We Praise God for what he is doing. Those who CLOSED the doors to his Fathers house, go to Divine Mercy. It's a MUST. Open all doors and windows to the GREATEST. Praise God!

I love Jesus and Divine Mercy. I pray the chaplet a few times a week and did the 9 day DM Novena, went to confession and received Holy Communion, but I don't feel any differently. How do we know if we received the graces?

You could have masses said for them while they are alive. Also, I am confident that you can pass plenary indulgences from praying Stations Of The Cross, feasting on the word for half an hour or adoration. Check with a holy priest. All things are possible with God.
Yes, doing a plenary Indulgence on Divine Mercy Sunday can be given to a Holy Soul but the extraordinary promise of Jesus in number 699 of the Diary of Saint faustina is only for ourselves. God bless

Don Calloway and featured in his book Consecration to Mary.I didn’t know then about the Marian Fathers.I was browsing through TH-cam and was looking for a video of an exorcist priest but then Fr. Don’s interview popped up and I think it was in EWTN.I was deeply touched by his conversion and like myself,I totally surrendered my son’s case to God and placed him under the maternal care of Our Blessed Mother.After exhausting all efforts(counselors,psychiatrist,developmental pediatrician,therapy and the priest),I know my prayers and full trust in God was the BEST MEDICINE OF ALL!(coming from a physician myself,HE ALONE IS THE SOURCE OF HEALING).I cannot totally recall how I came to the website of divinemercy.org but then I signed as a Marian Helper already.I also came across Fr. Chris Alar’s video on Seal the doorpost with the Divine Mercy image(during the earlier part of the pandemic)and I immediately rummaged through the books I was buying online about Exorcism and the like because there is always a stampita(small image)of Divine Mercy that was being sent to me everytime I bought the books.It was then that I saw that these were printed and given away by the Marian Fathers in the Philippines.I also bought the books of Fr. Don,among them Consecration to St. Joseph and 10 wonders of the Rosary.I was also able to watch his video on the rosary as being a powerful spiritual weapon.In my experience,I can really attest the powerful intercession of Mama Mary against any demonic influence through praying the Holy Rosary.Sometime last year,I was invited by a friend to attend the 33 days to Morning Glory Retreat being facilitated by members of the Militia Immaculata at the parish of Our Lady of Loreto.I was a bit hesitant because I always have a busy schedule,as I now prioritize taking care of my son.I bought the book and was surprised that the author,Fr. Michael Gaitley is also a Marian Father.I consider it such a Divine Providence that all things are connected.I proceeded to do the Consoling the Heart of Jesus Retreat and eventually became one of the facilitators of the retreats.In between,I discovered Fr. Chris Alar’s Explaining The Faith series of talks on TH-cam and I always listen to them on my drives whether short or long and I really learned a lot!It was like an awakening and I could not be happier being a Catholic!I am now actively promoting the devotion to the Divine Mercy and of course,Consecration to Mary and St. Joseph.As before,I tend to shy away from talking about my faith,as there are so many Christian denominations here in our country.I realize that a Catholic should really get to know the faith so they can withstand any adversity.As I heard from one of Fr. Chris’ talks,may be the Holy Spirit has finally came down to inspire and empower me.🙏
As of this writing,I am about to embark on the 33 days to Merciful Love Retreat,another one of Fr. Gaitley’s Consecration,this time to the Divine Mercy.
At this time,my son has been doing great in his school as they have been on full face-to-face class already.He has graduated from therapy and did not need psychiatric follow up nor medicines to maintain.He is perfectly the way he was before everything has happened.He is more prayerful and devoted to attend Sunday Masses.I have begun devoting more time for prayers,devotions,daily masses(even online but goes to Church on Sundays)and for family.Our experience has been very tough,I almost gave up,as a mother and as a Christian,but I know God’s Mercy has saved us.I am still a work in progress but I am devoted to helping to save more souls through His Divine Mercy.

Sometimes one does not get a chance for confession in time.....some people take so long, that the priest needs to stop , to be able to celebrate the mass afterward Has happened to me a few times. 💔 one ends up feeling so "rejected"

In last couple years Ive tried to tell my sister & brother about the graces of DMS as they are "fallen away" Catholics. If I bring it up or anything "religious" they said they wont speak to me again. I have fasted & prayed for them. I've seen no fruits & this has been agony for me. However, I have not lost all hope. I have to believe that Jesus has them. That the Lord will do something in the "warning" or the "illumination of conscience".....maybe some-kind of instant healing like the soldier that perceived Jesus on the cross? Oh, please Jesus let it be so.
It's sad. I went to the wedding of my cousin's daughter and there was not one mention of God or any scripture. Not only that, but my cousin got some quickie online ordination to perform the ceremony as if he was a minister. But he was raised Catholic. I think trusting in the Holy Spirit to reach them is good.

It's sad it took them 4 years to "take it outside and TRUST God". The church needs much prayer. I'm glad my church listened to God. I keep getting "Woe to the Leaders". Many are Asleep and hence the delay, some are Asleep or dry bones. We Praise God for what he is doing. Those who CLOSED the doors to his Fathers house, go to Divine Mercy. It's a MUST. Open all doors and windows to the GREATEST. Praise God!

Thank you Fr Chris, I was unsure if going to confession and Holy Communion on the day before would count.
I love Jesus and Divine Mercy. I pray the chaplet a few times a week and did the 9 day DM Novena, went to confession and received Holy Communion, but I don't feel any differently. How do we know if we received the graces?
Can a Catholic candidate (waiting on annulment sigh) be able to do an act of contrition and ask for the sacrament spiritually? I desire nothing more than for reconciliation with the Lord. Thanks!

It simply means you are not aware of any grave sin on your soul. If you are then you need to go to confession. God bless

You could have masses said for them while they are alive. Also, I am confident that you can pass plenary indulgences from praying Stations Of The Cross, feasting on the word for half an hour or adoration. Check with a holy priest. All things are possible with God.
Yes, doing a plenary Indulgence on Divine Mercy Sunday can be given to a Holy Soul but the extraordinary promise of Jesus in number 699 of the Diary of Saint faustina is only for ourselves. God bless

If you are not aware of any Graves and on your soul then you are all set to receive communion on Divine Mercy sunday. God bless
