Your messages around taking care of yourself, organizing your time, white board goals and projects, etc…..it was the perfect messaging on a day I really needed to hear it. I am now officially a huge fan and am looking forward to following you….and learning from you. Thanks for the kick in the butt and life positive messaging today!
Hi Keegan. I’m a follower of Joel and I was curious when your channel popped up on TH-cam. I love how disciplined your days are, your lists and your beautiful children. How lucky they are to have you as their Dad! I, like you,began studying the piano as an adult. I began the piano in my mid-twenties by myself for some time and eventually each of my 3 children would join me on our lessons every Tuesday evening for many years. I totally understand how you do not like to play a piano which is not in tune. That proves that you have a great ear for music. Like your many activities you have to make time with the piano, even if is only for 15 minutes each day. As you know with exercise, you start with exercising for short periods and then gradually increase your times. Sounds like you have a teacher of the piano who really knows what he or she is doing. Get that piano tuned! Unfortunately you live in the north of England, which is not the best environment for a piano. I loved when you said “A body is to be used and is not just something to be looked at.”. Please apply that wonderful statement to your piano. Thanks. De Elaine la profe de NJ, USA

I saw it was 30 minutes and i thought 😳, but I have enjoyed Keegan's banter about the week. Need to get in everything during the week and I appreciate your approach as to how you do it. May actually get off of my back side and do a couple of things for myself. Do another 30 minute vlog and I'll put it on whilst on the exercise bike. Vlog a success, Keegan! 👍🏻

Omg Keegan you are absolutely brilliant...gotta love lists..being organized and goal oriented..and achiever kudos...and yes as a single dad to 3 boys 1 girl... it's never easy as at times you can feel watched. Dads loving their kids and wanting to parent being happy being home is sort of new to people. I think we are the right way..its about being the best for them and their happiness. I know with mine..youngest now 22 I say if you can honestly say your trying and doing your best...I'm happy. I never want them to have that have to be perfect expectation. Yea just be who you are and be the best you.☺💪👏❣
I noticed on one of Joel's updates that he has a National Trust membership. You should take him to Nostell Priory. The house is now closed for the winter and dogs are not allowed in the garden, but they are allowed around the parkland off the lead, apart where it asks to keep them on a lead by the lakeside. The café also allows dogs.

I was flabbergasted when you said you were going for your piano lesson. I teach piano (graduate of the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York) .
