Fact about the maneater: when it’s transformed it will mimic the baby crying to lure you to it, but there’s a difference between the baby crying and the monster crying; when the baby cries it’s just the crying sound. but when the monster cries you can hear a low growling/buzzing sound along with the crying. And as Segi found out, taking it outside immediately makes it cry and then transform.
If it cries you have 8-16 seconds to shake it before it'll transform and it's adult (sh*t the bed) form which works like an eyeless dog hunts you down. If you hit the baby, it takes damage by a hostile creature, gets dropped down the elevator, goes outside, hears a loud noise, has a light shined at it, gets put under water or tips backwards whilst being carried it'll start crying and you have to stop it or else it'll transform 😂 Oh and it picks it's favourite person to follow so you literally cannot escape baby man-eater anyway. Edit: and as you said if it's outside nobody is safe because it'll transform regardless of what you do 😂
I know right! I thought it was a thumper as it got bigger lol And here I thought AmaLee and CY YU did crazy shit in this with Damien mills constantly dying and Nicholas Lueng just a long for the ride lol
The elevator is pretty terrifying. We had the disguised mod mimic where they don't wear masks and one used it to come up. Honestly thought it was someone else.
Now that you mentioned that, yes I do! And I haven't remembered Silky in a long while. And don't know why, but I'm already sensing a "I want Waffle Fries" sound mod for the Adult Maneater XD
@@viper0vendalmy794 That would be amazing, imagine you're in this intense moment watching a coilhead while holding the baby and than you just hear it say the words "I want waffle fries", like, that'd be so damn funny.
The maneater can only be killed once in adult form. However, insta-kills like spike traps or the car do not work. But if you put it in the back of the car and close the back, it will be unable to get out. That is most likely a glitch. And considering it can climb out of most holes, it being stuck in specific holes is also likely a glitch. It eats items so babysitting it is the intended form of gameplay surrounding it
It could also be killed in its baby form as well 🕳️ Edit: On a serious notes, it would be horrifyingly hilarious if there’s a special animation where it hastily scamper back up the hole as it’s adult form if dropped.
When Maneaters are first spawned, they are initially in their Quiet Phase. They can go from the Quiet Phase into Crying Phase and back, and from the Crying Phase into the Adult Phase, but this change is irreversible once done. Maneaters are smaller in the Quiet and Crying Phases, functioning similarly to scrap. They can be picked up and held by both players and Hoarding Bugs. They take up one slot and are two-handed. When held, they can be "rocked" to (possibly) calm them down, just like a parent would do to their baby. Maneaters go from the Quiet Phase to the Crying Phase if: They hear a loud sound. Are attacked by melee Weapons (Shovel, Stop Sign, Yield Sign, or Kitchen Knife). Are attacked by entities while being held. Witness the death of an employee (or seeing a Player Body). Are rocked too much in their Quiet Phase. Are illuminated by a Flashlight or Pro Flashlight. Falling from a certain height (such as being dropped from the second floor in the main entrance room of Mansion). Being taken outside. Falling back whilst in their sitting animation. Maneaters go from the Crying Phase to the Quiet Phase if they have been rocked at least once during the Crying Phase while indoors. If outdoors, they cannot change into the Quiet Phase, even if rocked, unless they are brought back inside. If they are crying from being rocked too much, they will stop upon being dropped. Maneaters go from the Crying Phase to the Adult Phase if: They are attacked by melee Weapons during the Crying Phase. Are not rocked in their Crying Phase for 8-16 seconds whilst indoors. After entering their Crying Phase upon being taken outside after 8-16 seconds. Note that the 8-16 seconds functions as a persisting timer that drains as he cries. Rocking him does not reset this. Quiet Phase When a Maneater is in its Quiet Phase, it's completely harmless and will randomly wander around the map. Once it discovers an employee, it will approach them and follow them, keep a certain distance away from them, as approaching it will cause it to back away, and backing away causes it to approach. It will continuously track the first discovered employee as its target, but it will not attack. You cannot leave its tracking radius due to its size. Crying Phase The Crying Phase of a Maneater is also completely harmless, but it will cry like a baby, making whining sounds. The lore of the Maneater mentioned: "The most telling sign that a larva is approaching metamorphosis is an excretion of an acidic, foamy liquid at its lower jaw; this substance is believed to be a catalyst and exits its body in large quantities once metamorphosis begins." The behavior pattern of a Maneater in this phase is vastly different from that of the Quiet phase, as it becomes more restless and agitated, hovering near the player instead of standing still. It tends to maintain a larger minimum distance from the player. If employees do not rock in a timely manner to calm it down, it will enter its Adult Phase. Enraged Maneater stuck in hole Adult Phase Maneater stuck in a hole generated in the Caves. Adult Phase Maneaters entering adult phase will seemingly "grow up", enlarging in size and becoming hostile to players. This conversion takes about three seconds for it to go from the Crying Phase to the Adult Phase. Maneaters in the Adult Phase exhibit significant differences in properties between indoor and outdoor environments. When a Maneater is outdoors, it will actively attack every employee within its sight range. Maneater awoken Ditto, but from a different angle. When a Maneater is indoors, it will actively attack any employee that aren't in view of the Maneater. This field of view has a certain angle and does not appear on the screen. If a Maneater detects an employee in its field of view, it will maintain a distance like in the Quiet Phase and Crying Phase and will not actively attack. Attack The Maneater's attack method is simple: It lunges at the player, killing them instantly upon making contact. Each round of attack lasts from 2.5 to 3 seconds and is divided as such: Sprinting, being 0.5 seconds to 1 second. Pause, being 1.5 second to 2 seconds. The sprint subphase will ignore any terrain (such as steep cliffs) and rush towards the target at an extremely fast speed. During their pause subphase, they will stay in their original position, lift their legs, and wait for the next round of attack. Item Eating A Maneater not in the Adult Phase is capable of eating items from the ground. It will "observe" 1 item, and every 3 seconds, it has a 20% chance to attempt to eat it. If the Maneater has eaten in the past 25 seconds, it will not attempt to eat again. Each time a Maneater eats an item, its model will become slightly chubbier, up to a maximum of 3 times. This indicates nothing, and a Maneater can still continue to eat items. Advertisement Note A Maneater not in the Adult Phase cannot be killed by anything not classified as an instant kill. This currently includes any Spike Trap, and the Company Cruiser (if going fast enough). Upon dying, it simply stops updating its AI, and appears bugged. Uniquely, when in the Adult Phase, a Maneater takes 1 damage from all sources that are not classified as an instant kill. This includes melee Weapons, a Double-barrel, Landmines, and the Company Cruiser (at lower speeds). When in the Adult Phase, a Maneater's Door open speed is almost zero. Strategy While the Maneater appears harmless initially (and remains so if taken care of), its adult phase can function as a genuine threat to employees, closing large distances quickly and, as a result, potentially ending days early. It will continuously track you and they will become agitated after experiencing loud sounds or bright lights. For example, the pick up and drop down sound of the Large axle causes the Maneater to enter it's Crying Phase. So Maneater is a worry that will have to be faced without full attention. Continuously rocking a Maneater is one of the best methods of ensuring it doesn't become a large issue, but this requires continuous maintenance and time, and thus, it may not be always feasible. Unless absolutely necessary, a Maneater should not be removed from the facility, as doing so will cause it to enter its Crying Phase and can not be calmed down, even with rocks, making its Adult Phase transformation inevitable if kept outdoors crying. An adult Maneater outside will make moving scrap to the ship significantly more difficult, as it is incredibly oppressive once line of sight with a player is made. There are only two other major ways of dealing with a Maneater: trapping it or attempting to eliminate it. The former is significantly more advisable than the latter, as combat should be avoided, unless the engager is proficient and competent with a shovel or a double barrel. Trap Tactic In the Factory, you can drop a Maneater into the large Factory Room pit. Please note that throwing it into other pits in the Factory will cause it to be teleported back to the corridor. The position which Maneater stick to Apparatus Room A Maneater stuck in the ceiling of the Apparatus Room. If you find the Apparatus room, you can stick the Maneater into the ceiling of Apparatus device. In the Mineshaft, you can drop a Maneater into the elevator well to trap it. Throwing a Maneater into deep Water, such as in the pond of 61-March, will eliminate the Maneater - however, this is only applicable at the main entrance, as only there is the bank of the pond sufficiently steep enough. Eliminate Tactic Maneaters have 5 Shovel HP, making them difficult to kill - but for players who have sufficient operational skills, especially those who have learned to kill Eyeless Dogs, then killing a Maneater is similar, as it mimics the attacks of the Eyeless Dogs. Each round of a Maneater's attack has a gap of 1.5 to 2 seconds, which gives you ample time to distance yourself from it and attack it. Also, its ability to visually see employees, unlike the Eyeless Dogs, makes its pursuit more precise and dangerous. As long as your distance divided by your speed difference is less than its attack time (being 0.5 seconds to 1 second), you will undoubtedly die. Instead, the most ideal approach is not to constantly change one's direction, because the AI will try to find the shortest path that reaches you. After it finishes sprinting and is in position close to you, swing your melee weapon just in time to attack and damage it, and then immediately distance yourself. Repeat this five times, and the Maneater will be killed. Using Stun Grenades and TZP Inhalant can increase your room for error and give you more time to distance yourself from it - but in any case, this is a very risky, as the biggest difficulty lies in the limitations of terrain and interference from any other entities present in the facility. Legitimately me just binging your Lethal Company videos for the past few days. And Every video makes me laugh so freaking hard I start tearing up, keep up the amazing work!
For the chuggas before choo choos, originally I thought Dare was crazy but when she said it I noticed she had a different rhythm. 2 chuggas and 2 choo choos when casually mentioning it. 4 when you use that specific rhythm and the ultimate correct 8 chuggas and 2 choo choos. Every time Dare pronounces Titan as "Ti-ten" it sounds like one of the German words for boobs and it is quite funny to hear her go "I like Ti-ten" Like, preach, me too 👏 lmaoo
So Max. Thanks to you dropping that baby down the elevator. ZEEKERS PATCHED THAT OUT NOW. HE SAW IT. AND HE MADE IT TO WHERE YOU CAN’T DO THAT ANYMORE.

Just to see your videos has made my life so much easier. I probably wouldn’t be here today if I didn’t come across your channel. I’m grateful to have found your channel Max! Thank you max, Doug, and crew for everything you do as a TH-camr.
Amazing modded monster idea, a small creature that will get up to you, get taller, and cover your body. This creature will buff your damage, speed, health, and carrying capacity with the only drawback being the inability to talk. However, there is a small chance that the creature kills you and you become a mimic with all of the same buffs.
I still think xenomorph should be added I feel like it would be funny to have facehuggers and drones jumpscareing people especially with the new maps 😈🤣
If it was an actual Xenomorph added to the game itself, Zeekers could be sued by the people who made the Alien movies But if it's a mod it would be fine
Doug's Question of the Day: I've always known it as 6 chugga's and two choo's. I would say chugga three times twice and then the choo choo. However, I can see why 8 chugga's work. 😂
I have gotta say, I am loving this new update. The new scrap is fun and I absolutely adore the subterranean style that the new interior is rocking. The man eater is also adorably horrible in the best way possible, and it’s just the best
For the question of the day: I've always done six and/or eight chuggas, just depending on the day- I've also always done long choo choos, like "choooo choooo!" 😂
14:52 I literally was just sitting crossed leg on the floor. And when moving one of my legs. It literally felt like that 😂. At least I don't really have to say my leg fell asleep, or my keg felt tingly. Now i can day it feels like tv static
Also, for Doug's question- as a stand-alone phrase, its two chuggas and one choo-choo. However, if you're actually using it in a sentence, the real number of chuggas is purely based on vibes and what is required in the conversation. Could be two, could be twenty.
I honestly thought that if a caves interior was added, it wouldnt feel that natural, but these caves feel very natural! Doesnt even seem randomlu generated.
DQOTD: if you think about it its technically 3 since the choo choo has a cool down if spammed its would be 1 anime suggestion (cuz max said so): GATE (fantasy versus modern FACT ABOUT NEW UPDATE: the caves can sometimes flood you do need to rock the baby man eater cuz if not DEATH 4:20 bro did not hesitate saying "good" to a baby's death
The 8 chuggas before the choo choo is just the Batman theme… that’s why it sounds right, but the real one is 2 “chugga chugga choo choo chugga chugga choo choo”

Answer for Doug: 8. I grew up in an eight-chugga household.
Question for Max: Why is it that you and your videos always cheer me up?
I grew up in a 12 household, apparently.
@@Riann_Reaper17 now that's just excessive
For me these drop about 8:00 p.m usually so about an hour or two before I head to bed, So I kind of made it a bit of a routine to watch these before bed They're always so funny.
As for Doug's question: I'd say two to five.
literally same, exept its 9pm for me, but yeah its part of my routine rn
Five? Its an even number
@@ventibenti127 mine drop at 5 am
The first time i saw the maneater with some friends i didn't know how to stop from crying but i knew it would transform so grabbed it and took it with me down a hole

Seigi entered Papa mode.
Seigi went through the whole process of motherhood.
1: birth
2: stress of taking care of baby
3: *growth spurt*
4: weeping and wailing of a parent loosing their child to old age(meaning they grew. Sorry it doesn’t make sense)
5: seigi is now old and dies leaving his child to fend for himself(in this case, killing everyone)
6: denial of that child being his child
22:29
“Single file everyone. Single file.”
*Charlie looking out for everyone*

“Nothin’ this way!”
“I noticed that with the way there was nothing there.”
28:52 Dare birthed a Pjonk. Nice👍
As a volunteer for my states railroad museum, I feel qualified to answer the question of the day. There are approximately 8 chuggas before the choo choo.
Also, soccer ball can set off land mines if you kick it at them, just be careful.
Doug’s question of the day.
“How many chuggas are there before the choo choo?”
2
8
Any *multiple* of 2 is acceptable. So 2, 4, 6, etc
4-10 is normal

Max's reaction to the baby maneater is so PURE!
Legitimately me just binging your Lethal Company videos for the past few days. And Every video makes me laugh so freaking hard I start tearing up, keep up the amazing work!
10:41 i love how everyone ran as soon as the maneater startinf crying again
They were not taken any chances 💀
Doug’s Question: I’ve always heard 9 chuggas. Imma be honest I never thought about it until now 😅
U right
Nvm u wrong af
I've always heard 5, 8 like Max said is too much
It's 5 chuggas for me. Not too long, not too short
according to a tip in borderlands 3 "4 is the right amount of Chugga's to say before choo choo"
5:50 Bracken: Yall aint leaving me down here
We acting like parents for weird things in this one
Doug's Question: 8 chuggas
U r actually right
For the chuggas before choo choos, originally I thought Dare was crazy but when she said it I noticed she had a different rhythm. 2 chuggas and 2 choo choos when casually mentioning it. 4 when you use that specific rhythm and the ultimate correct 8 chuggas and 2 choo choos. That one guy was right there are verses! 42:31
why do i feel like the baby would canonically attack anything that gets too close to the descided mother, including other members of the crew
Little tip the ManEater is like the jester, when it cry’s u gotta calm it down, it can’t be brought outside, to calm it down u gotta shake it.
47:32 bro that baby scared the ever-living dUCK out of me
42:00 I'd say the "chugga" part is just preference of how long you want it to be, but has to be an even number, and it's Always two "choo" at the end.
For me, i do 3 sets of 4 Chuggas for 12 chuggas before choo-choo
this one right here, you are so correct for this. i low key was about to comment almost the same thing XD
Me and my husband played lethal company today for the first time and we were shitting ourselves over the giants footsteps lmfao, I didn't even see him
If Zeekers added track for the toy train scrap so it can go around in the ship, I will be the happiest man alive.
Ur the best lethal company TH-camr
Already know it’s an Amazing video as always, first map made me feel claustrophobic, also Answer for DQOTD: everytime I’ve heard it it’s been four chuggas before the Choo choos
Every time Dare pronounces Titan as "Ti-ten" it sounds like one of the German words for boobs and it is quite funny to hear her go "I like Ti-ten"
Like, preach, me too 👏 lmaoo
DQOTD: Its like.. it has verses. If you're doing the whole thing it's 12. If you're doing it short, it's two.
answer for doug: unfortunately, i grew up in a 4 chugga and the 2 choo choo household
The bracken going up the elevator has got to be one of the most troll moments in existence
0:45 top 10 perfectly cut screams
So Max. Thanks to you dropping that baby down the elevator. ZEEKERS PATCHED THAT OUT NOW. HE SAW IT. AND HE MADE IT TO WHERE YOU CAN’T DO THAT ANYMORE.
10:59 That toy playing in the background is the best toy for the baby maneater. "yippee!" "yippee!"
Wait-- is that Pooki and JP's baby? OMG!!! Congrats to them!!
LMFAOOOOO
WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN MY LIFE MAX!!!!!!!!!! you have no idea how much just your videos have changed my life. When I found your channel I was at my lowest point of my life. Just to see your videos has made my life so much easier. I probably wouldn’t be here today if I didn’t come across your channel. I’m grateful to have found your channel Max! Thank you max, Doug, and crew for everything you do as a TH-camr.
2:00 It's a me, a turreto

Seigi: …tf?
Baby: **cries**
Seigi: **shakes baby**
Baby: *_”NOT THE MAMA!”_* **eats Seigi**
Jerry: 🫡😨 **runs for his life**

Seigi letting out his inner crunchy chip cookie, what a beautiful sight.
(Note: seigi voices crunchy chip cookie in "cookie run kingdom")
The pure joy she had going the elevator really made my day
Max, you had to make a unique duck censor for that baby jumpscare, 😂 that thing is horror movie levels of "oh heeeeelllll naaaaaaahhhh"
The amount of trauma that Seigi had to endure from that baby maneater transforming into a monstrosity alone...
This one was probably the best one like the realisation that it wasnt actually xeen and the maneater mimicing to lure you in
Amazing modded monster idea, a small creature that will get up to you, get taller, and cover your body. This creature will buff your damage, speed, health, and carrying capacity with the only drawback being the inability to talk. However, there is a small chance that the creature kills you and you become a mimic with all of the same buffs.
Max is a good father xD
Hint: masked can call and use the elevator.
Dude that maneater jumpscare at the end got me good. About fell out of my chair when it just appeared on the stairs.
To Doug's Question: I do 4.
Everyone's reaction to the baby is hilarious 😂😂
That was a _manly_ scream right there
I"VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VID ONCE THE UPDATE CAME OUT!!! Horray! da baby :3
This is the best update ever
DQOTD: 12... it doesn't sound right if i dont do that many, no more, no less.
On the chugga chugga debate: trains dont honk their horn THAT often, so anything less than 8 chuggas is crazy 😂
the way max says "baby" when he picks it up reminded me of the way one of uborhaxornova's friends said it in a animated short
A perfect way to end my good day, by watching the goofy chaos known as Max and Lethal Company
Look qt the little baby 'wah'
Now look at the big baby
big baby then proceeded consume everyone
i waited for this video, i am happy it came out.
Maneater be like waaaaaaaaaaa two seconds later I’m gonna eat your soul
Theres now a patch so we can't throw the baby in the elevator shaft 😔
I think the new Maneater creature as a Jester but easier to disable when cranking
I still think xenomorph should be added I feel like it would be funny to have facehuggers
and drones jumpscareing people especially with the new maps 😈🤣
If it was an actual Xenomorph added to the game itself, Zeekers could be sued by the people who made the Alien movies
But if it's a mod it would be fine
DQotD: when you can't breath any more
Max is a father now! Congration!
Bracken: I dont think it is my floor. I'll blame you. *Crack*
To answer you Doug I’ve heard it 8 chuggas before the choo choo 🛤️🛤️🛤️🛤️🛤️🛤️🛤️🛤️🚂🚂
Today, I was like; "Wow, today sucked. I want to watch some of Mithzan's videos"
So that's what I did. Now, I feel way better. Thank you :3
Doug's Question of the Day: I've always known it as 6 chugga's and two choo's. I would say chugga three times twice and then the choo choo. However, I can see why 8 chugga's work. 😂
omg that maneater baby jump scare was horrifying holy
Doug, for me at least 6 before the choo choo
I love how seigi picks up the baby and goes "uh max?" As if its his child or sumthin
Ah yes. My daily dose of Mirhzan to help me eat and get over my cold 😊 love ur vids so much. The new baby monster is so cool also
14:52
I literally was just sitting crossed leg on the floor. And when moving one of my legs. It literally felt like that 😂.
At least I don't really have to say my leg fell asleep, or my keg felt tingly. Now i can day it feels like tv static
Just wait until they discover the best purpose of the soccer ball...
Also, for Doug's question- as a stand-alone phrase, its two chuggas and one choo-choo. However, if you're actually using it in a sentence, the real number of chuggas is purely based on vibes and what is required in the conversation. Could be two, could be twenty.
To answer the question: 12. 3 cycles of 4 chuggas, and then a choo chooo.
Max and the baby, awesome! I have to say to Max, Pjonk and Dullhorse the Pjonk goose is fanflippintastic, truly an asset 🫶👌
2 chuggas are for tired parents, me thinks, but 8 are for the children at heart
I honestly thought that if a caves interior was added, it wouldnt feel that natural, but these caves feel very natural! Doesnt even seem randomlu generated.
DQOTD: if you think about it its technically 3 since the choo choo has a cool down if spammed its would be 1
anime suggestion (cuz max said so): GATE (fantasy versus modern
FACT ABOUT NEW UPDATE: the caves can sometimes flood
you do need to rock the baby man eater cuz if not DEATH
4:20 bro did not hesitate saying "good" to a baby's death
I had a coil head come into the elavator with me and let me tell you, elavator music makes that several times more awkward
Doug’s Question: I grew up with two and 6- Luke it was either the quick chugga chugga choo choo, or 6 chuggas
I liked that this update added a maze in the caves with the addition of the new monster
The 8 chuggas before the choo choo is just the Batman theme… that’s why it sounds right, but the real one is 2 “chugga chugga choo choo chugga chugga choo choo”
EIGHT CHUGGARS AND ONE CHOO CHOO, YOU ARE INDEED CORRECT. Idk where it came from but it's ingrained in me. Used my fingers to triple check ;)
The number of "Chugga" must be four or greater and divisible by two. The number of "Choo" at the end is always a double ("Choo-Choo")
Looks like the yippee bug got some competition for cutest
I love how seigi is telling the baby to shut up when he died he the one quiet😂😂😂
"He's been baptized, congration" lol
