    Hello and thank you for your post! I tried to transpose your model to a bigger one for room acoustic purpose, unfortunately it didn't verify the helmoltz equation. Any Idea concerning the issue?

    Could you explain where is the calculation of alpha in your model?

      It is defined in variables.

      However, there is an undefined variable x in the p_in equation when I simulate it.
      Btw I'm still working on this project and I have some questions regarding this simulation.

      Hi I got a solution for this problem, Make sure to define the pressure for the thermovisucs model as p and the pressure acoustic as p2. this x is a direction

    i'm doing an acoustic simulation to find sound absorption coefficient too
    so please, can you tell me about value of variabel x in p_in equation ?
    because, when i tried your equation on my project it's got error : undefined variabel x
