I'd definitely like to see the other Halo factions get some minis for Halo Flashpoint (or even an expansion of it), especially Covenant and the Flood would be nice to see as miniatures

Enjoyed seeing how the introduction side of the map works in practice.
Hope to see some advanced Army Painter tutorials for the miniatures.

Hi, the launch wave will be hitting retailers from the 16th November in the US, and in Europe/UK/Australia from 30th! The Army Painter have also now done a nice painting tutorial for Halo Flashpoint over on their own channel - starring the Master Chief himself.

As a fan of the novels (I've never played the video games) I'm somewhat baffled by Spartans fighting Spartans in this game. Why? Where are the Alien enemy forces?

I think you've partially answered your own question here. Whilst this miniatures game is based on the Halo multiplayer online video game (which is very much Spartans vs Spartans training for battle), this miniatures game does also contain alien races such as the Banished Elites that are included in our Spartan Edition of the game.
