Thanks for the comment @kennethsabo7558. From what I have seen to date the Garrosh Heirlooms will not be available. There has been some confusion around Challenge Mode. Blizzard has hinted that the transmogs from Challenge Mode may be available but the Challenge Mode Dungeons themselves would not so not sure yet.

Sure thing NeedleSorePaws. The only profession that will be available is fishing for The Anglers reputation and daily quests.
