I meet the famous James Archer in the Diamond state park, he found 5,000 diamonds in his lifetime there. It was very hot the day I was there. James found the most diamonds by digging pits or holes several feet deep to hard pack soil. He told me the diamonds are slippery in the soil and work their way down in the ground. Some diamonds are found on the surface after the park plows up the soil, but you must go search right after the plowing before a rain. I spent one day there in the park with James Archer the famous Diamond hunter and that was worth my trip 🏕💎
Diamond Miner Ivins ok, he knew what he was doing. The day I met him he was in good health.Wish I had taken a photo with him. He had good sense of humor, I won't forget him. Thanks Have Great Summer
I am gutted and wanted to see what you found, and you don't show us. omg man not being funny but that was a waste of time for me, and probably a lot of others are feeling cheated too
@dragonshadow3707 Very seldom people find Diamonds 💎 on the surface, not less go right after they plow up the fields. Mr Archer was digging 4' foot pits down into the earth , the diamonds are slippery and work their way to hard ground he said specially after a good rain. If a person wants to dig 4 ' foot pits and sift the bottom stuff, you eventually find them. Lot of work Mr Archer stated , uncut diamonds will not Flash when sun hits them. I only spent one day at the park. Will go back in the future. Yes, lot of work involved to dig 4 " foot down pit then sift the bottom contents out and flip the screen over to check for Diamonds Best of luck 💎
If the wagon is tipsy, make a pair of "training wheels"( to attach after the ramp ) to stabilize it for the cross country trek. Cut a piece of plywood triangle, glue good magnets to the bottom, and lay it at the tank corner = -bucket rest.
You should retrofit your wagon with ride-on mower tires… they’re a lot wider and it would give you a better lateral balance, they also wouldn’t dig into the mud when it’s weighed down. Even if you only did the rear two it would be beneficial.
When I go CDSP this summer I will use tubs like you demonstrate. You are the first miner I seen use them that way looks like works very good to run lots of dirt thanks.
Yes, the mortar mixing tubs worked out quite well for me. It is much easier dumping your washed gravel into those than trying to get the material from the screens into a bucket.
I appreciate ya! how about a real close up of the course rocks? You need the bigger round seives like the real miners use. bent wood rim about two and a half foot wide. maybe 3.
Well this is how you do it…like a professional. Lots of work and the day still isn’t done…still have to bake centers then do the hard part where you look for the diamonds…damn…that’s a day
You should go metal detecting at a beach because when you can find like jewelry rings I've seen a lot of videos I'm going to get a metal detector but quite expensive some I've heard about but like 100 random random Yes I'm in South Africa It won't be the same as you I don't know
I like the cover of like the video it shows diamonds emeralds, but I forgot to last one they kinda look like sonic chaos emeralds or Shin sonic chaos emeralds
Its ice cold and its dirty work. Ive been there. In the summer, it was 103° when I was there. There's one osage tree in the middle of the field. Otger than tge sluece sheds, no shade nearby
@tedwilson4973 I bought a UV flashlight to find tomato hornworms easier and some of my diamonds do glow but not all. One is really bright. I know they are real because we had them tested and graded for our insurance. But several don't. What's interesting the cheaper ring I have you can't see the inclusion very well but under the UV it pops right out. It's rather disappointing as I know my hubby was so proud he picked it out himself. But I still like it
Personally I wouldn’t be standing in the middle of the road in black just as i got out of being in a wheelchair from a car accident but thats just me 😅
I have an editing tip. Don’t take this personally but when switching clips stop using the fade In and out thing at the edges of each clip. I think you are over using it
No one is there because he apparently went early spring or late fall. It can be quite chilly. There are diamonds there... but don't believe this guy when he says "I got lots of diamonds in that haul" It just doesn't work that way. Diamonds are plentiful, but they are not THAT plentiful.
Sadly you sifting method works for gold but not so well on diamonds, probably threw a couple away. Been to COD multiple times.....Learned from a guy who was at over 125 finds
Can you show use the next part where you actually find the diamonds please

I'd love to do something like this
How do these mines work? can you just go in there for free and search for stuff with your own buckets or is there an entry fee?
Yes. It is a state park. You pay a minimal fee and either bring your own kit or rent from the park.
@@jonlittle3376 thank you man
This was where Dan Hurd was

Do Diamonds glow under Black Lights , like Opals ?
No not all of them but some do if they have a floresence. About 10% of diamonds is noticable but up to 30% have somw floresence.

Big rock chuck it 😂😂 No looks 😂 all I could think was a giant pink diamond tumbling away.
I know that’s impossible but that was hilarious
Get into the culvert....the corrugations may act as a sluice for heavy materials.

I wonder how you determine that you have found a diamond and not quartz?! 🙂
They have a grease look and are not geometric
