my sisters baby is impossible to wake up during the day lol, even using the methods like gently blowing air at her or playing with her feet to wake for a bottle is a struggle but once 10pm rolls around she is awake and alert all night. I call her my little vampire baby lol

My baby sleeps all night obviously feeding every 2-3 hours but so happy he doesn’t have his days and nights confused. Makes it so much easier, especially with having a 2 year old
Doubting myself and syaring to feel sad due to frustration over my mother contiously telling me I'm not producing enough milk and that i need to give in to formula bottle feeding as well as use a pacifier. Now I know this is all normal
My baby is going to be 4 weeks tomorrow and this week I feel like is the first time I got to come up for air since baby make her grand entrance haha I finally got out for about an hour drive around town by myself just to feel alive and it was lovely! And sleep is slowly coming back to us, it’s still tiring but I am seeing improvements! Baby is gaining weight and so cute, feeding well. So we’re happy! The little wins! 💞
Thanks for the video. I think in many places at the moments mums are not alone anymore. My wife and I are having both our fair share of sleep by dividing the tasks and the time with our 3 weeks old baby. I take care of the night shift and she takes over around 6 a.m. when I go to sleep. Colics are indeed really painful for the baby and us and our son has developped acne this week as well. I'm quite sure I'm not the only man out there taking active care of the baby and sharing responsibility with my wife. We are both having a great time!
I’ve been suffering with Postpartum anxiety thats causing me to not be able to sleep, I just started some meds so hopefully they’ll help. But I don’t want to be on them long, I just want to be back to normal. My baby is amazing he basically sleeps through the night and eats pretty regularly.

My 3 week old usually stays up majority of the day and sleeps through the night .. she does wake to feed every two hours .. and her cooing is sooooo heart melting
I give up on what drs tell me. It's like your baby's doing great. What have u done differently? My head: break all the rules and not listen to u. Tell me about critical life concerning things & thats all I'll listen to. Breast feeding too. I figured out the mafs. If it's every 3 hrs for 15 mins throughout a day's span. That's 8 xs a day ×so 15 mins = 120, 2 hrs. I've been at least getting in 2/3 sets for an hr- 1 hr 1/2. So if they're saying I'm not pumping out enough... ___ its like uh huh jokes on you. I've been putting in the time!... & its just is what it is. Unless ppl r really getting that much out per 15 mins. Kind of doubt it tho. My baby can sleep through the night tho. & she basically tells me when she's hungry. I absolutely Don't force feed her 🙄. I kind of thought she did the recommended schedule on her own, bc I did think about it, & no. She's not actually naturally set up like that. But I love everything about my baby anyways. She's the cutest. Even when she apparently tells herself she's mean & intimidating. She's so extra, she even does it in her sleep. Somexs fake cries. Then goes back to sleep immediately. Its like do u ever take a break my baby dino gremlin? Her dad's like what's wrong w/ her? Idk doofus. She's broke. She's just being extra & dramatic! Like u! Even in her sleep. Him: 😍. Oh my pumpkin bumpkin poos. She scores me free stuff somexs. Just by simply existing. She's still too small for like everything. Other than formula, attire, & diapers. & her car seat
I can empathize I have an 11 year old and 3 under 2 (just gave birth 3 weeks ago) and I had a tubal ligation surgery the same day I was discharged from the hospital so the first week was horrible. My fiance works 12 hour nights 6 days a week. You eventually find a routine and so far so good.
I'm still trying to get ahold of it. It's nice to see that I'm not alone and that other moms have been doing it as well Thank you for this channel I just wish there were a little bit more interaction
I need help!!!! I am blessed with a baby girl and she is 3 weeks old.. Alhamdolillah... My baby girl feeds on my breast milk and doses off...when i put her to sleep on her baby bed and she wakes up crying for more milk.... This cycle goes on and leaves me extremely exhausted... I have had a c section... So i am not totally recovered... I still have quiet alot of pains and cant sit with my baby full time feeding her as it hurts my incision and back... Pls help
Hang in there! It does get better!! U must try to get rest too u have had major surgery!! Maybe try a little formula at night so you can get a few good hours sleep.
Am a first time dad and boy at times it is really frustrating especially at night he won’t sleep ...mommy is a bit cranky abuse she wants to sleep but...I want to thank channel mom because all the signs and information is really help...thanks again ladies keep up the good work

My son currently looks more like me ,i have a 2 year old and it sometimes gets hard when both are crying at the same time ,my thing is since his umbilical stump fell off he moans every now n then,no sleep im used to coz my 2 year old struggles to sleep,my new born sleeps well and drinks a lot which makes him poop alot too ,any advice on why my three week old moans,he doesn't cry though so i dont knw if this is part of colic

😅 I feel like a criminal for saying whoops I'd probably be struggling a lot if I forced her to sleep in a bassinet but she just hated it and woke up to comfort feed every 15 minutes until she exhausted herself at 4am, and then would sleep all day. I caved in and now just have her fall asleep on my chest and yeah I sleep on my back she's perfectly nestled on me and then every 2-3 hours when she starts rooting, not even needing to cry, it wakes me and I sit up, put vampire diaries on my phone (muted with subtitles to not wake the hubby), and breastfeed. Then i...lean back down with her on my chest and fall back asleep. Easy peasy but frowned upon.
I know this may seem weird but on some days he looks like my dad and other days he looks like his dad... I guess we'll see who he decides to look like when he's older...
What’s everyone’s take on keeping baby in the first two months? This is the hardest part for me, it feels very lonely. I’ve had everyone come to my house to see baby but can’t wait to finally visit grandmas house.
You prob need to or it'll drive you crazy. As long as it's nice out and everyone's not in ur baby's face, you should. Or in my opinion, u should.. I don't get how they tell u stuff and then schedule apts immediately, back to back. Like, you just cut me open?!! But ok... I remember being cheesey w/ my first & taking a pic of her first day out. But I can't remember how long I waited either. Anywho, my 2nd looked around everywhere (when she finally was awake) & witnessing her take everything in for the 1st time was the cutest. It's like wow, this world just gets bigger & bigger. But idk. That's ur baby. Do u
my sisters baby is 3 weeks old. I am helping and live with her. she was a bit early, so she was a bit small. a few days after she came home she was down to 5 lb 1 oz, but her last weigh in was about ten days ago and she was 5 lb 14 oz. in the last week the baby seems hungry all the time. she is breast feeding and pumping and was told to supplement with formula as well. they had us doing 30ml of formula and she was drinking that but now she seems hungry after the 30ml bottle. yesterday she finished the 30ml bottle and cried and was rooting so my sister gave her another 30ml. should she be giving her that much more or is there a limit? my sister feels if the baby is still acting hungry and wants more she should feed her but I just want to make sure allowing double the amount is ok

I've been holding him all night constantly having to nurse because he falls asleep so quickly no matter how much I tickle him, burp or switch sides. He doesn't like sleeping in his bassinet either.. I'm exhausted, but he's so beautiful and I love him so much
My baby will be 3 weeks on July 3rd I was finally able to get him on a breastfeeding schedule that was working for me and him he was sleeping through the night just overall a great baby but last week on June 28th I had to be hospitalized and I have been away from him ever since he has been so hard for me trying to keep my milk supply up but I'm just not feeling good and pumping really hurts and the sad thing is I don't know how long I will be in the hospital
i had the same thing happen to me. I am giving him formula at the moment because my medication doesnt allow me to breastfeed. I am pumping still but throwing away :( As soon as this medication is done I will breastfeed again! It has been so hard 😔😞
I know im late but boob pumps do look funny. Everytime her dad catches me he can't help himself but get a chuckle in. Me in all my motherlyness: it's not funny! 😤 it hurts. You don't know how hard this is! He is sympathetic. But he's also repetitive asf. He's gonna be laughing at me tommorow too
My wife and I were blessed with a baby Girl on October 28th 2018. Our beautiful baby cries for food and after-what sleeps. we are trying to make her comfortable in her babybed but, she doesn't like it. when she sleeps and we put her in her bed, she wakes up few minutes after and cry. but when she sleeps on our bed, she sleep better and longer. She loves sleeping on my chest and loves cuddling under my wife's hand. whenever I carry's her, she stare at my straight into my eyes.

My baby is 3 week old and he can differentiate between breast milk and formula. He likes breast milk better than formula. When I give him the formula he frowns his face but when I breastfeed him, he smiles 😀😀😀😀. Kids of today
Me and my 3 week old l.o Liam are watching this from the United States. He was a big boy when he was born. 10 lbs and 4 oz!! He lost a few oz the first few days in the hospital as we had problems with keeping his sugar levels regulated and where they needed to be. The first time they checked his sugar it was all the way down to 20! Scared the mess out of me and my bf (not my son's biological father, but he's daddy 🥰) so they had to keep him a few extra days after I was discharged. So staying there at the hospital and trying to heal up from a cesarean section was tough, my bf had to go back to work after 3 days after he was born!! Then at day 4 after Liam was born he became jaundiced and so they had to put him under the light to get him back right. But luckily after almost a week after having him we were able to go home. Just in time for Christmas ☃️🎄. So now here we are 3 weeks old going on 4 week's old! I'm not sure if he's just got a sensitive belly or if it's his formula but he's been having terrible gas, and constipation along with the occasional fussiness 😕 I've started him on gripe water and giving him gas drops occasionally to help his belly from hurting as bad.
My baby looks like a lighter version of his dad, with better hair😏😩I always joke that I need a DNA test because he really doesn’t even look related to me 😂
My little one poo everytime I feed him, that means 8 to 12 diaper per day LoL 🤣. He is so handsome though, first mom here. I sleep when he sleeps, this helps me tremendously

My baby is 3 week old and he can differentiate between breast milk and formula. He likes breast milk better than formula. When I give him the formula he frowns his face but when I breastfeed him, he smiles 😀😀😀😀. Kids of today

Me and my 3 week old l.o Liam are watching this from the United States. He was a big boy when he was born. 10 lbs and 4 oz!! He lost a few oz the first few days in the hospital as we had problems with keeping his sugar levels regulated and where they needed to be. The first time they checked his sugar it was all the way down to 20! Scared the mess out of me and my bf (not my son's biological father, but he's daddy 🥰) so they had to keep him a few extra days after I was discharged. So staying there at the hospital and trying to heal up from a cesarean section was tough, my bf had to go back to work after 3 days after he was born!! Then at day 4 after Liam was born he became jaundiced and so they had to put him under the light to get him back right. But luckily after almost a week after having him we were able to go home. Just in time for Christmas ☃️🎄. So now here we are 3 weeks old going on 4 week's old! I'm not sure if he's just got a sensitive belly or if it's his formula but he's been having terrible gas, and constipation along with the occasional fussiness 😕 I've started him on gripe water and giving him gas drops occasionally to help his belly from hurting as bad.
