Last week I attended the spring art fair - Glass and Pottery Market at Holmegaard Værk in Denmark, to showcase my work and hopefully make some sales.

Very timely! Our local guild just had their annual market this last weekend. I was only recently juried, and I didn't have enough ware to exhibit nor do I have very much experience with selling, so I chose not to participate. I did go to the market and took a lot of notes and gained inspiration from the exhibitors. I am now preparing to sell at next year's market. Your advice of having a display that looks 'put together' is very helpful because the displays I saw that had something of a theme to them drew me in. Thanks again for sharing practical wisdom to the pottery-verse. It's very helpful to those of us who aren't quite there yet.
