    Nice stuff, im from the Bahamas and have always kept and bred rabbits, but never on a large scale. I will be starting a large scale breeding very soon.

    Have you tried rabbit tractors on pasture? Some use a larger mesh on the ground when on pasture and enclose one end for a hiding space. There are a few videos about rabbit tractors on youtube.

      Tractor are not practal based on the hilly area around where I am .

    The coconut has fiber which is a good replacement for hay help with digestive

    They are ruminants as such the bacterial break down will occur as the materials goes through their systems .The nutrients obtained should be about the same as hay.

    It's a good idea to place some Guinea pigs with your rabbits that are in the cages. they will help to prevent rats form eating the baby rabbits.

    I've seen my rabbits killed rats more than once. it's a serious issue rats will even pull the rabbits kitten through the mesh.

      Pellet and forage in the morning and forage only at evening time at minimum , you should try to ensure thar they always have forage to eat .
