@@pedrovargas267 It’s kind of an odd broken English slang thing we do. It’s easy for us to tell when someone is using it normally or they’re not used to speaking in English. The more you see it, the easier it will be to distinguish the difference. Hope this helps.

Are these people even going thru some psychiatric test before going thru these extreme surgeries? If not I'm not surprised that there are really thousands of botched cases. Because no one stopped them and eventually being taken advantaged of other cometic surgeons to make money. These two doctors though are so kind enough and true to their profession that they tell their patients if the procedures that their clients want could harm them.
Most plastic surgeons are all about the money, they don't really care about the mental health of their patients, as long as they pay..
