I have decided to sell this amazing horn: Check it out today at this link: www.austincustombrass.biz/super-rare-la-benge-1x-from-my-own-collection-medium-bore-in-silver/
Sounds great! It has that classic bright Benge sound. It actually sounds like my 3 ML bore in this video if I can trust my ears :) I play a 3CS mouthpiece and am interested in the custom reserve. That sounds great with this horn (well, you sound great with this horn Trent!)
I am so jealous !!!!!, but, it sounds great, the horn and the player, this would definitely knock our sound engineer off his chair !!!, "Aloha from Hawaii !!!" 🎶🎺🤪🐕♥️🎶
Oh I'm planning on getting a custom reserve. The MV3C is my favorite mouthpieces. I played on the custom reserve 3c i think. I played it on several horns. It was so clean from note to note and the response was so instantaneous!
Trent nice video. A couple of questions for you : I take it this horn is a very free blowing horn can you comment on how the horn reacts if pushed in a louder playing situation? Is the lead pipe a fast taper or a slow taper. ? Is entire Benge a lightweight model or just the bell and maybe the lead pipe? Thanks
It's a medium bore so I'm not sure the term "free blowing" applies. Great balance of resistance. Not sure the leadpipe taper. It's light like all Benges. I did play loud on the video it was amazing.
