I mean they did not promise another item to replace it, realistically they would just put another limited item in another update. They did not promise anything and they removed it on time, so good on Valve

I’m glad they removed it on time. Keeps the price alive for them. And anyone complaining about bots farming them all I have to say is you’d be paying 10x the price if not more for a decent one
Also the pause in limited items gives people time to stack up stars for the next one. People cry about anything
At least the Deagle was removed in time. Didn't really ever expect anything to replace it right away so can't be disappointed
Stayed up till 1:30AM for them to just remove the deagle and add nothing other than the sticker sale. Disappointed is an understatement.

Its not surprising they did not put in a new limited item alongside sticker sale, they never like two monetary things getting attention at the same time
guys remember that only 8 or 10 people work on CS2 at a time, Valve as a company is only 300 employees strong, who have to manage a ton of other stuff.
There isn't much work needed to replace a skin, even for valve. It really isn't a big Deal to add at least some new skins, but If they bring back cobble as a map I would forgive them😂
Like any good UI, this one appears to be configurable and automatically resizes based on how many tiles and rows are enabled. Or read another way, they can add/remove anything at any time and the armory interface will adjust automatically. That might be key - they can add/remove anything, anytime, with minimal effort. Collections all move as one? Maybe not.
Imagine having a power to just put in new skin after 3 months and have cash flow going , or just say lets go to Hawaii and f all ..
i love how us cs players hate on valo and fortnite, but atleast their devs provide good content

As usual the community assumes too much and gets disappointed when their assumptions and theories don't match what Valve has planned.
Just because they haven't immediately added another limited item, doesn't mean they won't in the future.
Or there's a possibility that they won't ever do it again due to the bot farming. Who knows.
It's not Valves fault, it's our fault for inflating speculation. But that's what the community is best at doing.

I would go as far as to say these will be the next big items, from leaks it looks like we are gonna have full agent customization by end of year imo.

nice video once again. tell me something, am I dumb by saving armory stars since week 2 of the armory pass release until a new update on all itens in the current armory pass? if the armory pass is permanent (not the skins, or are they?) the stars are too right? i saw some tweets about an e-mail about this topic, am i worng?
People speculate and get mad when valve never said anything people thought. They removed it like they said and that’s all. I knew nothing was coming right away. Come on now it’s valve 😂

yes and no to waiting on stuff Rust for example has 10% of the player cound and has a weekly drop and they don't get stale. If people reply with well all skins in that game don't go up L2 USE buy orders

You are right, but as the numbers get larger you are increasingly likely to profit. Meaning the more stars you redeem the worse the case will be on average. Now there is of course an argument to be made that if they ever were to remove the case it would jump the most because it is the only thing in the armory that can still be opened after the fact.
Well it is gambling not investing. Every pass gives you 10 spins if you target the weapon collections (4 star each).

What do you mean as the numbers get larger? Are you talking about the player base?
@ Investing is always gambling, otherwise everyone would always invest in the exact same thing. You can do the math for every collection and charm and sticker and find that you are unbelievably unlikely not to profit with a certain amount of stars spent, and that is not considering a potential removal of these items down the line, which is where the investment really starts off.
Valve could do so much better/produce more content for the community just think about it for a second. Im happy we have the game at all dont get me wrong, but for us more veteran players espicially it feels like if they dont care, why should we care? In my opinion they just have their own priorities/goals like VR console innovating/steamOS/steamdeck/new game development etc..
they are doing less yet more people are playing now then ever before.
