  • In this video I describe my experience riding the New Brightline train which opened for passenger service between Fort Lauderdale and west Palm Beach in January 2018, as the only privately owned and operated passenger railroad in the United States (HUGE). features are- Leather seats, wide aisles, bike racks, free wireless Internet - with two power outlets and two USB ports per seat. Brightline says will appeal to its target customers, which include tourists, business travelers and Millennials. Hope you enjoy the video, and if you are in the South Florida area, the location is in Fort Lauderdale, I95 (Exit) East (Broward) Blvd (Left on 2nd Ave) Enjoy! Thanks for supporting me!

It’s now 3 years later, I live in Orlando and have been watching the building of the extension up north here. I’m getting excited about riding Brightline round trip Orlando to Miami soon. Good video, thanks.

Thanks for your service and enjoyed the video! Glad you liked Brightline and they are currently testing the trains that go into downtown Miami on that 50 foot high elevated train bridge & station. Looking forward to the last segment to Orlando.

Good video...I actually took the Brightline to Miami in December 2018 and when the taxi drove up to the Brightline station in Fort Lauderdale I was already impressed by the outside look of the station and then when I went inside was impressed as well.

The plans are to have Brightline trains run express from Miami to Orlando, which would be great for east coast Floridians who have annual passes for Walt Disneyworld! Did they trains run 100+ mph like promised? Great to see Donna help you out like that! So NOT like the MTA in NYC, or SEPTA in Philly! LOL

It's my pleasure to provide this information bro. It's about 6-7 miles from the Ft Lauderdale airport. I would hit 595W to I-5N and get off on Broward Blvd going East which is not far at all...if I had to guess; your talking maybe 15 minutes or so.
