Do you know how luxury paper bags are made

We had the idea to present the manufacturing steps, in our factory of custom handmade paper bags. This allows you to see the different amazing steps of the manufacturing process of these luxury paper bags.
These bags are totally custom made. You can choose the dimensions, width, bellows, height you want, while remaining in a format including up to 2 sheets of A0 paper.
The printing of these paper bags is done with an offset printer. The resolution is 270 dots per inch. The paper we use is usually between 190 and 200 grams with brown kraft paper or white card stock.
Then there is the matte or gloss lamination process to protect the printing of the custom bags. Then preforming the folds of the paper bag.
Operators then fashion the bag manually. We add cardboard reinforcement and backs from 350 grams to 800 grams according to the requests of our customers.
Finally to finish the paper bag, we add handles, usually cotton, 5 to 7 mm thick with a knot at each end.
