Escape to the Ocean - CzarDeaner

Some songs I plan, some songs I just sit down and they come together as I improvise. This song was the latter; but I think in most of my music I wear my inspirations very much on my sleeve, there's almost always, even if subconsciously, a hidden attempt to recreate or hide away signature riffs or similar sounds from other sources in my music (check out Devil in the Lamp and tell me there's no Tetris theme in there if you don't believe me)
Anyways, my rambling point is that after a bit of review, this has a very Freezepop vibe to it. I listened to that band since the days of Guitar Hero 2 hype and Outer Space is one of my favourite tracks by them, check it out and see the similarities if you're looking for jumping off points.
