The boss theme music was badass to me as a kid with the 8bit Nintendo, but the remake is so respectful to the original adding so much more to it while keeping the original in tact.

In the 80's I got to go shopping at Walmart to pick out my birthday present and chose DuckTales for Nintendo. I still remember how excited I was and seeing all the games on the rack. (no display cases). It was $40 I believe. We only had maybe 4 or 5 games, so we played what we had for HOURS AND HOURS. Love how they remixed the original soundtrack.
What makes me sad about this is that Alan Young, Chuck McCann, June Foray and now Russi Taylor all whom are in this game. Have passed away in the recent years 😢
It’s funny how after this remake came another remake in the form of a TV show. It would have been hilarious for them to hold off on the game remake idea until the remake show where we could have had the remake characters star in this remake as a hilarious and clever dual remake product. Now that would have been a remake- uh, remarkable idea.

they could just improve the graphics but *NO* they added new boss moves, cutscenes, two new bosses, the ending is slightly different, VOICE ACTING, and remixed the songs this is a remake
any person who plays video games has probably head bobbed their character quite often or something similar if head bobbin ain't possible...he'd probably be a master of the dee dee taunt in smash
good thing the remastered added more challenges and phases to the boss from the original first one which all they do is just jump or roll depending what boss it is

What does that difficulty level have that makes you say that? No extra lives or health? Only 3 hearts each life? Bosses moving at speeds that could give Sonic a run for his money (see what I did there)?
If Ducktales 2 gets re-mastered, they most likely can use the current cast for voices, and the current show's look to inform certain aspects of the game.

It speaks to how well June Foray took care of herself and her voice. She was 94, 95 when she did Magica De Spell and she did a really good job.

The final boss of this game had some of the best music I had heard in a videogame, and probably an actual difficult bossfight and ending!
It's a damn shame they couldn't call him "Duckula," but that name is already taken! Still, a great Dracula fight worthy of _Castlevania!_

I played this game a lot and the final boss was hard for me to defeat especially when I'm trying to avoid the slamming bats.
I love all the upgrades to the bosses between the two versions.
