    Great video! It’s great to understand why you do different techniques on different muscle groups and how it impacts the joints as well. As a former runner, I certainly wished you would have been around for me after my marathons. Keep up the good work! Someday I’ll fly in & get a 2 hour massage. 🙂

    My Dad is 70 and still running, complaining about knee pain recently so I can't wait to try this on him. Hopefully it will give him some relief.. Any other tips on the knees? Thanks again for the tutorial...

    Those poor thumbs of yours. I have never worked quads with thumbs For me broader surfaces are my go to. I rarely use my thumbs especially on larger muscles
