Little thing- in that chicken room where it says wrong number, you could’ve rolled to the right to get arguably the most overpowered weapon in this whole game. Also, in the ramparts, when you accidentally stood on the invisible floating platform, that’s not a glitch. Keep going right and jump to get a blueprint.
Dead Cells isn't hard. We are just bad at the game :-( Some tips from my side- 1. Stick to just one scroll type for the entire game for more damage. If you start with Brut, stay with brut.with Each scroll, the damage doesn't add up but multiplies. If you do 1 damage now, you'll do 2 with 2 scrolls, 4 with 3 scrolls, 8 with 4 scrolls etc. Unless you are using a Legendary weapon, the highest number takes priority. So if you have 9 brut scrolls and 3 tac scrolls, only the 9 brut will count, 3 tac will be ignored. If you dont get the intended scroll in a biome, just pick the one that gives more exp. 2.Get all the runes first. You've already got 2 runes. For the next one, go to promenade and then to the ossuary using the teleportation rume, you will find a new rune there. After that, go to toxic and and then to Ancient sewers. Then insufferable crypt to get the wall climbing rune. 3.Unlock atleast 3 tiers of health flask as fast as possible. 4.When fighting the Concoerge, try to stay very close to him. Is you move even an inch away, he activates the red circle and then the ground burning atk. 5. LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES YOU MAKE!! I'm extremely sorry for the poor phrasing.
I have two tips. first one, spend your cells on health flask. You'll be able to use it multible times, as further you upgrade it (on it's best variation you can use your healing potion 4 times, before it's empty). And the second one, focus on one of the three kinds of scrolls (brutality, tactic, survival) to play with (i also mean the weapons/abilitys that are based on it). Example, go as must as possible on brutality to make as much damage as possible and if you get one time a scroll that only offers tactic and survival, then use the kind which increase your max. health the most.
You are learning quite well so far! You have gone quite a long way this time! I'm not sure if you intentionally ignoring your healing flask witch is left bumper, other than than that I can't really say anything well done mate.
Its crazy how when someone gets used to this game and its hijinks they later fly through the same stuff like an adderall fueled streak of psychotic lightning 😂.
I heard you like Roguelikes. Allow me to point out a few. *Atomicrops* - Your basic, post nuclear apocalypse farming sim. Well, the farming part is standard, but, to get your seeds and gear, you gotta go slaughter hordes of irradiated mutant creatures. *Crush the Industry* - Another card battler rogueish. Comedic business sim, except you gotta fight your way from the bottom all the way to the executive offices. Keep your health and sanity up, and, who knows, you might just get promoted. *Curse of the Dead Gods* - Little humor to be had in this one, but, I've seen your vids; you bring the comedy, yourself. Aztec Mythology + Lovecraftian type horror setting. Really addictive combat UI. *Dandy Ace* - Back to less serious matters, I love this one. Combat is via equipped spells, and every button has 2 slots; one for the attack itself, and a support slot to modify the attack, like, one spell launches a fiery explosive in main slot, but adds burning status to the main spell, if equipped as a modifier. *TombStar* -Cyborg Space Cowboys. 'nuff said.
Thanks for the suggestions I’ll keep those in mind for a future video. They all sound really interesting, especially TombStar. Who doesn’t love cyborg space cowboys. Sorry I took a while to respond, been busy with life and stuff, but I appreciate you letting me know about other cool roguelikes.
@@PigSwigg no worries, there is no time limit on this kind of thing. It has literally been a year +48 hours since I posted a video. My excuses I got hit by a car while crossing the street, I’m doing better, but my back still doesn’t like sitting in the computer chair for any length of time.
@Babbleplay Damn, I'm really sorry to hear that but I'm glad you're doing better now. I’m pretty new to the youtube thing so I just want to make sure people know I actually care about their comments, but you know how it is. I also hope you can sit in a computer chair again soon, but I think you're fighting an uphill battle. I swear they purposely made mine as uncomfortable as possible.
You missed out on one of the best weapons in the game lol. The room with the animal heads on the walls is a reference to Miami hotline. There was a secret entrance on the wall to the far right, run over to it and roll into it. It would’ve lead you into a garage type of room and interacting with the car in there would’ve given you the baseball bat
The game isn't particularly difficult. I mean it is, but not as bad as it seems. I think the reason why I suck at it (60 hours in and at 3 bc) is because the game itself is built to be very fast paced. However, you must not run through the game at higher difficulties or you will make mistakes. But every fiber in my body tells me to go for style points and fluidity, instead of caution.
How did bro not realize he had a health flask to LITERALLY HEAL WITH.
apparently making smart decisions is not my strong suit lol

Basedball bat isn't that strong. Rusty sword better
thanks, also I got it and it was amazing

:P Ehm. (Didn't saw the comment...)
It's kind of you to give tips and i agree that we're fulty, making this game so hard
Thanks for all the advice I appreciate you taking the time to write it all out, and it is genuinely really helpful
Starting Players: "These are the hardest runs of Dead Cells I've ever played!"
Me: "The hardest runs of Dead Cells so far!"
Glad I have something to look forward to
Me in last difficulty. ... Man I ded (gets mualed by enemies

also i have to admit your videos, they're great!
Btw. i'm on 4bc and I still can't use a shield...
Definitely gonna start upgrading the health flask, also thx for the support I'm still pretty new to making videos so I'm glad you like them.
He jinxed himself that he need it hard, and it's now brick hard

Thx, also I wasn't ignoring it intentionally I just forget it's a thing half of the time lol

Can’t wait to be there one day.
LETS GOOOO I LOVE THIS GAME 🔥🔥🔥

@@PigSwigg no kidding. The problem is, softer chairs aren’t good for long term sitting. There’s got to be a better middle ground.

I was wondering why that room did nothing, that makes more sense, gotta keep that in mind for next time I play, thx.
The same happened to me at sepulcher the first time😭
we’re roughing it out here
Yeah! Another run! Also, I think nobody knows how to pronounce Sepulchre

if you're going for style, might as well use tonfas, no? or even meat skewer, rapier and fast sword
I accidentally watched this in 1.5 speed and it actually made it a lot funnier
yknow I see what you mean
standing on the invisible platforms, not a bug 4:57
Pro tip... Keep Dying... Keep learning... Keep Trying and you'll be an expert in no time. Good content brother
Thanks, I've been doing a lot of the second thing but I am definitely getting better.
Great vid! I’m sure you’ll like the ending where you fight a giant boss together with the Collector!
.................
..............., that's what the other guy said so I'm going with that
Skill Issue. Also, wait till you get to 5BC
please can you give me dead cells completed free
Hmm, i'll think about it
Dead cells is the game that rewards the time you put in. So git gud scrub.
I better start grinding then
